Understanding a difficult chart

Hi, first time poster...

I've been looking into astrology for the last year or so but have had a lot of trouble reading my chart. The reason is that almost every planet and the sun are focused into the first two houses and signs while the rest is barren. I'm not quite sure how to interpret an empty house, nor a crowded one. Help on understanding this will be appreciated.

Hi FenceJumper~

I just started posting here today, so we have something in common already. I looked at your chart and you're absolutely right, you have what is called a *stellium* in your 2nd house, which deals with your finances and values. All this means is that you have the potential to deal well with money and should be financially successful.

Having an "empty" house is nothing to worry about. You'll notice that each house has an astrological glyph located on the cusp, or edge of the sector, which represents a particular sign of the zodiac. For example, you have Aries on your 7th house cusp. That house is empty, but in that case we look for the ruler, which is Mars and we see that it is located in your 1st house & in the sign of Libra. From that, we gain more insight into your persona, i.e. you tend to avoid arguments, especially with your partner, and look for a mate who is refined, soft-spoken and prefers the finer things in life.

It's interesting to note that you are a Sagittarius, which is a fire sign, but your Moon is in Taurus, an earth sign and your Rising sign is Libra, an air sign. Venus rules both Taurus and Libra, therefore, we can gather that you are also a very refined individual with impeccable taste. Venus is 18 degrees Scorpio in the 2nd house. I would think that you are very shrewd and talented in business with this placement of Venus. Being a Sagittarius also gives you extra energy to get what you want out of life and having your Sun and Saturn conjunct in the 2nd house will tend to make you work extra hard to achieve your financial goals.

The ruler of your sun sign, Jupiter is in Aquarius, in the 5th house. Are you lucky in the casino? This placement of Jupiter tends to bring fortune plus great kids. Your 11th house is "empty", but the ruler is Leo and the planet ruling Leo is...the Sun. And where is the Sun? In your 2nd house! Your friends are very meaningful to you and will help you to make money during this lifetime.

You see it's not all that complicated. Once you get the hang of it, you'll find it to be a lot of fun.

Best to you,
