Help with Natal Planet Calculating Mobile App Please.

Hi there,

I used to use astrology software to determine and print Natal Data. Those are great software.

But I need to write a small Android mobile app to find out one's simple Natal data like PLANETS and HOUSES with degrees.

Is there any topic or sub-topic in THIS FORUM where I can find or get information on how to calculate those planets and houses ?

Any information or link would be useful.

I made a web based midpoint calculator by modifying the PHP scripts from Astrowin.

I've never made an app before, I guess you'll be using Java. I assume you'd be able to modify and host those scripts somewhere and then make the backend of your app interface with the php script to parse the data through.

I am also an old PHP developer myself. Yes, I will develop it in Java.

You did a lot of work there.

Can I calculate the Natal houses and positions with those scripts ?

Will you authorise me to use them in my app -- if I give you credits in the about section of the app ?

Astrowin isn't my site. You'll have to give credit to them in your app.

Yeah, those scripts calculate the natal positions and houses.

I will do that. My app may be done in months or years , or maybe I will never be able to do it . But if or when I do, I will give credits to them.
