Moon conjunct ascendant or moon conjunct descendant

Hello. I am just wondering which one of these is more "potent" in synastry. I know that the 7th house and the descendant are very important in attraction however the ascendant is also powerful. I am just wondering if everything else being relatively equal, which one of these will "win".
