Well, malefics and benefics are quite old terms and planets are no longer black or white. However, your Sun is in tight conjunction to Jupiter, the biggest benefic .. So, no. I don't think your sun is seiged by malefics in your birth chart.
However, you can have some hard times now, because Pluto is currently in square to your Sun, but moves away during 2015 and stays away.

It's not. For besiegement, your closest applying aspect would have to be to one of the malefics (Mars or Saturn), and the closest separating aspect would have to be to the other malefic.
But the Sun-Jupiter conjunction is your closest aspect and Jupiter is a benefic, so your Sun is not besieged - which is a Very Good Thing.
