Read my chart

I ASKED A QUESTION BUT I DON'T SEE IT ANYMORE. [Moderator's note: All chart requests made without an attempt to interpret the chart are moved the "Read My Chart" forum] HERE IT IS:
I am also very confused with Magi Astrology and don't seem to get anywhere. I have a boyfriend who I really feel is my soul mate. Traditional Astrology says so, but the more I look into Magi, it has conflicting reports. I am trying to figure out the first meeting chart, and I had seem so many times prior, but the first time I think I actually spoke to him was 5/7/11- I saw him prior to that but never spoke to him really. If I did it was give or take 2 weeks prior. This is when I actually SPOKE to him, I had seen him prior but never actually talked to him, just seen him. I am hearing mixed reviews regarding what to use as a "first meeting chart" date. What do you think? The first time I noticed him or this date of the first time I talked to him?

DO WE HAVE ANY GEOMETRIC CONFIGURATIONS IN OUR CHARTS? I AM NEW TO THIS AND JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW TO DO IT YET.

hi allyj - why don't you post the 2 charts in the relational section of this forum and hopefully someone will answer you.. astro.com has a free service for doing your chart and this site many posters seem to have figured out how to post the charts... looking at all this data in your post is going be overwhelming for most folks.. well, it is for me.. good luck!

okay ally,

i was curious so i put the data in and have a view on the 2 charts using the data you provide.. one needs to simplify as not all the data is of equal relevance.. in astrology the most important points to any chart are the angles, sun and moon.. with these 3 considerations you have a good starting position for interpreting the chart.. all the outer planets can generally be ignored unless they are closely connected to these 3 points, with a consideration perhaps of venus and mars also in the case of romantic relationships..

moon to sun is a strong bond and this is what your moon to his sun is.. the aspect is very close according to the data - less then 1/2 a degree.. this is very positive on it's own.. he is born very close to a full moon as well and his rising sign - one of the angles - is also in the same sign as this full moon to his chart.. needless to say the overlap to the 2 charts is very interesting and promising.. your moon is a real focal point to your chart as well which makes it an important consideration to anything you are involved in.. his jupiter is conjunct you midheaven, while your venus is conjunct his midheaven.. the midheaven is one of the angles of the chart - a very important one - and both of you have a benefic conjunct each others midheaven angle here too..

i see many fine connections to these charts.. really it is a long conversation to comment on all the cross overs to any chart and there are plenty here which is more indicative of a close bond between the 2 people... i hope you learn more about astrology and all the light it might shed on more of the finer points to both your nature and that of your close friend.. as for magi astrology, not to discount some of the value it might have to offer, but astrology is astrology and very varied in the number of approaches that can be taken... if we use the analogy of religion, all religions speak of connecting with god, but they all have a different path to make the connection... with astrology the main thing is to not get caught up in any particular ideology, so much as connecting with the insight that all the different paths can offer.. this way it doesn't matter if it is magi, or honeydew astrology for example... find what you can benefit from and go with that! cheers james

Thank you so much james! I feel a lot better. Sometimes we get these feelings we are supposed to be with who we are with. I didn't really have that with my ex-husband, though we were together 15 years. He left me when I was 8 months pregnant with our 3rd child for my "best" friend! I kept telling myself it happened for a reason, and I truly believe it was for me to meet the "right" guy one day. And I did! He is wonderful, but Magi is telling me we have the potential to be truly in love but also have heartbreak, so I was feeling down. But as you put it, doesn't every relationship have those 2 potentials? No matter what our chart says about us, we all have free will to make choices. We will have to wait and see, but I am not going to ruin my relationship with doubt either! Thank you for your encouragement. I was kind of looking at Magi as black and white, but it seems to be more of a grey area to more I look into it. Like there are 2 scenarios that can play out.
