natal chart party cazimi ascendant square

aborted thread full of clutter, let's do the facts -

here's a fun chart. we have a tightly aligned ascendant, cazimi, mars-neptune trine, and a relatively taut t-cross.

i'm 46, i have a strongly defined, "intuitive" perspective on my life and "spiritual evolution", one might say, i've been a forum member for a month or so now and am more or less "waiting for my jets to cool" so i can gain a fresh perspective on my own chart after looking at others for a while.

i am interested in how others interpret my chart, and in *what feedback i can offer you as i have such a strong picture of my vital experience individually and socially*

my increased involvement with astrology was, as i find typical, due to heightened stress, but i have sustained a level and quality of that most modern human beings will never conceive of *blush* and each passing month brings fresh wonder that i have not yet been obliterated. could be soon :joyful:

i'll lead in, you can pick up where you want to: without using astrology, (it's obvious - and overt from my forum posts) i'm a travelled, polycultural, self-termed "cultural advocate" who has already put in hard chops as a "friend to humanity" (ymmv, i'm tolerant). life is "just getting stupider and stupider" and i seriously doubt i'll see 2017, let alone the second half of the present year. no worries.. i've confronted death and terror routinely for over a decade now, it doesn't concern me.

one interpretation said of 12th house in leo, "has a problem with someone in charge". like you wouldn't even know!

but you read, i'll feedback

my interest in articulation of my horoscope is to be useful .. not only as feedback to astrology practitioners, but if i may gain any insight that helps me be of service to society from a reading, i am grateful for it.

shoot away, i'm quite accustomed to the firepower - tell me what you believe you see, don't hold back! :)

Let's shift into first gear now.

Elaborating on the mental fertility that I alluded, this is as a result of both the feminine planets being emphasised in your chart quite noticeably. Moon and Venus are both partile conjunct to some very important points that point to your basic personhood/ego -- Moon right on the ascendant and Venus in the heart of the Sun. Aquarius and Virgo are both classed as human signs and this usually indicate that than individual with these signs prominent would be incline to intellectuality and a certain erudition (lawl). It is interesting to see the kind of philosophy you espouse -- consideration, peace and compassion. Moon and Venus are the "yin" planets and are all about yielding and we can see the permeating effect this orientation you have to the world around you (Venus rules the 9th of philosophy). Moon also rules the 9th via exaltation.

after studying my cafeastrology chart for a few weeks i noticed it omitted n.n... i was so shocked to find it in pisces.. who'd've guessed..

there are certainly a lot of things i have yet to appreciate, ..working only with planets signs and houses, it resonates remarkably with events and particularities.. i should note in this thread before mentioning more, my parents were always emphatic about my time of birth.. there's a colourful bit of prose that was published in the local paper.

quite honestly, when we get to the biographical synopsis bit, you'd think, someone took this chart, then made up a life to go along with it..

surveyed "fixed stars" a few days ago, apparently by now i should have been burned in a fire and all my limbs disfigured. so much for fixed stars.

anyone else want to give it a shot, or are you saving your interpretive abilities for people who will live longer?

So your ascendant is Virgo, Mercury rising. Your 1st and 7th H take up almost 4 signs of the zodiac and your NN is in the 7th, SN in the 1st H. One thing that will help you is to read up on 1st H SN in Virgo/Libra.

Saturn is opposed Jupiter. The theme of restriction at odds with expansion in your 2nd and 8th H. Saturn and Jupiter have been known to lend a bit of luck when in aspect, I'll let you decide.

Your Mercury rising AND you have a Gemini MC. Mercury plays a huge role in your chart. Mercury is in Capricorn in the 5th H. Entrepreneurship is possible, mathematical ability is high, achievements underestimated at times, a calm cool cautious approach. I think Mercury does well in Cap, but it does well in most places.

It's in your 5th H, deal-making with friends should happen a lot. Most people are not advised to go in to business with friends, depending on the other chart, you would probably be okay if the other person were like you.

Sun square Saturn - Probably generous with your money, courageous even if you suffer, but look out for egotism.

Sun square Jupiter - his is where I think you get a lot of optimism from. Were you fortunate with possessions? Attraction to higher learning, arts, performing, creating, inspiring. 0.1 degree orb.

The Sun Venus cazimi is very nice. It gives you that revolutionary sense and allows you to be calm and detached. Music, painting, poetry with a fine appreciation for elegance. Libra near your Asc might not allow for everyone to believe in it's genuine nature initially, but over time you have the patience and kindness to change people's minds and teach them perhaps that they don't know as much as they thought they did. Attachment to animals, like a 10/10.

Don't make decision based off of a desired affect are looking for in others, specifically love wth that cazimi though. When it doesn't turn out, that could be very painful when you mean so well.

Hades Moon in 1st working with your Asc - that is probably why I felt uncomfortable at first. I have one of those also with Mars and SN in the 8th. Sorry about that.

The Moon is in a very strong conjunction with the Asc. It is exact. This makes for a nurturing personality that values home, security, and privacy very deeply. It is good sometimes with this aspect, as helpful as it is, to try to understand some of your habits, behavior, and ideas, after the fact since this aspect can almost cause a more instinctual reaction to certain things since it can be related to so much from the past life.

Mars opposite Pluto - So I understand the stigma with these two planets, mine are both conjunct. It is important to exert your energy in a physical way, running, hiking, martial arts, so that when you do express yourself in an angry way, it can manifest intellectually where you shine instead of physically. This aspect crosses your little permanent circle in the middle, which is your location at birth, or as i call it the 13th H. This energy will always need to be channeled, but it is rewarding to do so. In spades.

Sag on the IC suggests short distances being an issue in childhood and this is a common theme I have found with the sign on the IC... Especially with that "X" in the 4th.

If you still would like to provide feedback, go for it.

I am not sure why you are saying that you are not long for this world, if that is what you are implying.

But I do see possible indications of severe emotional distress/depression—-Transiting Saturn, is sitting right upon your IC, and has been squaring your Asc/Desc . your Moon and your lunar nodes.

Do you feel like a burden or a basket case at this time? Saturn is at it’s lowest point. This is a difficult time for someone who is so used to popping up, bouncing back with spirited optimism. Saturn sitting on the IC may block that optimism and enthusiasm for awhile.

Pluto has been plowing over your Mercury in Capricorn. It may seem a bit bleak now. It may feel like you have few options as Pluto retrogrades back, close to Mercury once again. But I think you have seen your way clear and things will soon be looking up again. Just hang in there. :sideways:

Mars opposite Uranus, this is a good indication of where your electrical expertise come into play. This aspect also has some other things about it that I thought I would provide a link to.

Musicians and electronics. Surgeons. Probably engineers (building) mars and pilots (flying) uranus. Computer engineers. Computer programming.

http://darkstarastrology.com/mars-opposite-square-uranus/

(I am aware of cookbook type astrology and I agreed with the interpretation of this particular article.) I also wanted to add that there are many great things about your chart, these are just some additional things to help you understand a bigger picture of it from outside opinions.

Nora, do you have a lot of stomach, digestive, gastro-intestinal problems?

I ask as that can be part of the whole moon/south node/ascendant in Virgo/way too busy sixth house thing. South node tends to corrupt what it touches, and it could hit your health badly. Not saying it definitely does, but it can play out that way.

Is that the 'not much longer for the world'? worry, or one of them?

i thank each of you for your interpretations, as they are perspectives i do not have myself, eg. i don't think much about gemini as i tend to focus more on venus hehe  my practice of astrology is of course very simplified, not only by paucity of practice but because i tend to "miniaturise.." (the way teilhard de chardin says "simplify").

stomach problems, not noticeably. i can see "nerves" but there are other issues that have perhaps detoured such manifestations.

i'll do that "synopsis" now, for feedback, i think you'll see how your interpretations fit, though, of course, you probably have other insight into my character by now -

i suppose my wide houses are due to birth in tasmania. lived there for two months.. next around the world twice. american father welsh mother, 5 years in wales..

..good family. my childhood was absolutely the most fortunate possible, no trappings of wealth, my mother's parents were reasonably well, though my grandfather's father was a relatively wealthy, landed (but not titled) man, so diminishing fortunes from there. i like to note that the intellectual tradition i received in childhood was to be treated gently and respectfully, never subjugated, and never *informed* so that thinking for myself has always been absolutely innate.. i've never had to conflict my internal reasonings with an external imposition. that's why i say, good family.

the polycultural nature of my parentage is reflected in my outlook and in experiential conflict - we moved to the u.s. in 1980 (age 10) shortly after being bombed in london by the ira. a year or so before this, i was haplessly involved in a violent accident resulting in the death of a young girl, which cast a strong and dark shadow. both of these events, and moving to the united states, brought out my aquarian problem solving sensibilities. that disconnected, "objectivity-seeking" "cold" intellectual utter application to prevent needless deaths.

in the u.s. i was placed in "gifted" education which placed me with the cultural elites in tucson.. i used to sit one over from gabby giffords in a.p. history. and.. "gifted" education, being a supportive, cooperative environment, much like socialist 1970's u.k., left me unprepared for the competitive nature of american society.

i dropped out of university (architecture, because: clueless.. the downside to being left to my own discretisations, but a relatively short period.. trying to integrate with a culture which really, has significant intellectual deficit ;) ) to live at arcosanti, and soleri's hypothetical 3d community became my "alma mater", ..heightening my futurist, aquarian, uranian idealism to rare extreme, because "i've lived in the future and i'm here to tell you all about it". eventually shedding the conventional, teenage personality, i devoted myself to cultural advocacy via memetic synergism.. a "memetic engineer".

in my 20's i spent a lot of time alone, after a brief, "social, performance art" phase, on the foundations of later achievements. here i got blindsided - i had a long running "covert" relationship with the daughter of a mexican mafia boss. i didn't know what i was doing, because i still thought i was in my high school for gifted kids where everyone in society works together.. she had a critical car accident and the second dark shadow was cast on my life. eg., ten years to the day after her car crash, i came home to find the doors ripped off of my house, my studio being used in the house across the street, an unresponsive police force.. this followed months of intense psychological harassment which has continued since, and followed me, even during an attempt to evade it by living in a tent in australia for ten months. covert harassment, social maginalisation eg. "libel" "mobbing" "organised stalking" plus witchcraft, none of which is intended to kill me, but to prolong the torture and make me experience year after year of inexplicable suffering. this has of course impacted all of my contributions ot society, because any "success" for these would translate to personal success, and i am not allowed to experience enjoyment.

anyway, enough of that -

before everyone had a computer, my analysis was that music was more or less the "memetic headwaters" with the most influence on how society acts and behaves. once upon a time to make music required musical skill :joyful: or thousands of dollars worth of equipment. i tried to democratise the process. music software was my great opportunity.. initially it cost almost as much as a hardware synthesizer for software, until a bunch of good guys (eg. me  ) made tons and tons of music freeware, which made the commercial companies bring their prices down..

..suddenly, anyone could make music whether they wer rich or not, as long as they had a computer.. so that the music people heard didn't only come from rich people.. people enabled by financial control..

..this also cast a shadow, as it p*ssed people off to find someone giving away a product for free when they had been making a lot of money off of it.. and.. the "public" at the time were listening to what punks like me had to say.. we had a *soapbox*

of course, the inevitable story is that, nowadays, music is cheaper than chips and culturally valueless, the plutocrats control enough social venues that ideologically diverse music no longer has any cultural relevancy or impact.. and i would spend the next decade getting the **** beat out of me by the cryptocracy, which isn't as pleasant as it sounds.

the "12th house" side of this is that, when the hidden forces in society reveal themselves to you, many considerations about society, and then life, become more apparent, transparent.. which is where that north node in pisces shows up... cue joni mitchell, "both sides now".

most of my chart placements make a lot of sense with this basic synopsis.. aquarian cultural advocate.. mars at the inception of aries.. it takes a lot of strength to go against all of society.. of course, when you know why, there is no choice and one's energy is limitless.

mercury.. i never think about mercury much because intelligence is de facto.. everything is intelligent, all course of action are implicit given context, any contrast in "intelligence" is simply due to debility of imposition, which i've been free from, relatively. i'm not australian or welsh or english or american, i'm not anyone's anyone. no one relates to a person who says they are being covertly harassed by secret groups, so for years i have been wholly autonomous.

these struggles evinced my jupiter-saturn opposition. and my first house pluto the starkness of my vital course. neptune and uranus, clear..

i only recently understood that my ascendant moon is my *changing* face, that others only see me "in the context the encounter" and not as the whole being..

venus cazimi because it takes some affinity to produce things that people like (software tools). my software is all a bunch of crud, becuase artifice is all crud really.. so little of it these days holds any sentiment, it's all glitter.. i distinguished myself by availing some of the more obscure dsp processes. i went overboard on exploration, i am to date the only person who has made software that makes songs and sings words to them at the push of a button (it *****, but i've developed the various components in several improved forms).

at one time, i held an ambition to subvert memetic control in culture by releasing an engine that would make *decent* songs, so people would listen to that instead of the radio.. but then i got hit by 10 years of cryptocracy and it became difficult to do much. by 2009, when i fled to australia, my "conventional life" was consumed. when i returned to the u.s. in 2010 it was because i knew the game was up, that any attempt to influence culture would be "managed" and a pointless exercise, so i've been making peace with the world for a long time. i went back to live iwht my mother and appreciate the one unbreakable relation in my life. because they couldn't break that, last year they broke my mother. i've confronted the end of my life starkly since then. i've dragged my possessions out into the desert to live in a canyon. i've been hunted and shot at.

*wrapping this up* "the world could end at any moment" (they say) (it won't.. they just want to weaken people with fear..) as discussed elsewhere, eg. i had some overtly tangible demonic manifestation in dsp. spent more time with demons than with humans for a while. who can relate to that? it's not really worth saying, but this all began back in 2005 when they began to lean on me heavily, i've experienced so many "incredible things" that no one will believe that i have to be reminded of them, pick a category. it's like that scene in "life of brian" where he's catapulted into the air and lands in the ufo, except that part of the movie goes on for ten, eleven years.

i see i have some jupiter transits coming up this fall, and some other "outer planets" for the next year or so, so i'm sure life will continue to be "engaging", and i'm never sure what turns it will take next. it was over ten years ago i put my face in my hands and said "after all this, no one will believe anything.." then i looked up and saw something even more unbelievable.. ..and since then, i've gone on to record not one but two hardcore rap albums with demons. no one does that.. gilgamesh didn't do that. flash gordon didn't do that. so, every day in my life, is unprecedented, and that has been my experience for a long time. it would be much simpler if i could say, it is due to drugs, but i'm a polite, educated, sensible and civilly minded person who only had to learn some martial arts because of these crazy people in tucson. the things i found out other people do, we didn't do when i was in school. and i'm glad part of my fancy cultured upbringing involved the use of a sword. never separate such things from academia.

like candide says in "voltaire," i prefer just to stay home and do the garden.

With your Venus cazimi - it's important to note the your Sun is intercepted in Aqua H6 from Leo H12, from fire to water. This could smolder the Sun some, but you have benefic Venus also. This interception relates to hidden enemies and self-undoing. Uranus is the depositor of the Sun w/Venus at 5 degrees. This could almost be like a continuation of your stellium in H1.

What does that mean to you? I don't have an interpretation for this particular interception yet, but it's an important one.

Also, you have a lot of planets within degrees between 0-10.

Sun at 5, Moon at 6, Venus 5, Mars 0, Neptune 0, Uranus 8, Jupiter 4, Saturn 2, Asc 6, Dsc 6, Chiron 3.

Recommend researching the first 10 degrees and seeing how that applies. Neptune/Mars is connected somehow like Venus Sun.

i had to look up both interceptions and dispositors :) but if i have it right i don't have interceptions, that's when the house extends beyond a sign on both sides, so doesn't fit here unless you're applying a tolerance/orb.

i also had to chase down the uranus myth, because it's something i never think about.. my conception of the "water bearer" has been so lifelong that practically any idea one wishes to integrate seems sensible.. "rebellion? oh sure, that's friendship, doing the right thing.."

uranus.. gets his jumblies thrown into the ocean, out comes ze beautiful woomen, just desserts for locking all his kids in tartarus.. (mmm, tart) he's an "vanquished god of an elder time, before real time began". i'll read on varuna some other day.. the academic enthusiasm for greek/roman pantheon burned me out on it at a young age. sounds familiar to many other progenitor myths though.

genius, invention, revolution.. i don't understand any of this.. not with any objectivity.. change, innovation is simply sensible where fitting, and my ego has been tied with competitive innovation for too long to disassociate from it as a common characteristic. "i'm glad i'm not an alpha" because "aquarius" always made so much sense.

there are other ways of looking at things i'm not practiced at, eg. rahu's tendency to look for midpoints. i see the cusps.. i always look for "precision" in other peoples charts.. ..my mars is smack in the middle of H7.. and what you were saying about "deals" was difficult as well, because i don't do relationships.. benefitting a finite set of persons is anathema, i characteristically decline any prospects of cooperation. but this could have a lot more to do with my life circumstances of being constantly dogged by betrayal as liability.

Sorry, Sun is debilitated in Aquarius. Leo is H12 and H6 is 180 degrees across and where the Sun is deposited.

I'm new to the complicated stuff.

Here's one person's example of a debilitated Sun in Aquarius:

"SUN: The Sun rules Leo, and is exalted in Aries. Therefore, the Sun is debilitated in Aquarius and in its fall in Libra.

http://www.beliefnet.com/columnists...birth-chart-isnt-as-bad-as-you-were-told.html

That's what I was trying to convey. Debilitated is a beat weakened - so the Sun and fire of Leo in Aquarius (water).

The Venus aspects probably help quite a bit though. I don't relate to my rising sign planet either, I relate to my co-ruler.

12 pages of wha the fuh to read through to tell you Mars Neptune trine is the kiss of death....

Mars - action, motivation, passion

Trine - easy doings, free everything, NO WORK NEEDED

Neptune - illusions, delusions, spiritual one-ness, bankruptcy

Read as - Homeless, Hungry & Unemployed

but that's just my take....

Maybe more prone at one point or another. My Neptune aspects are what I believe caused my childhood gypsy type lifestyle. I was fine, but there were so few roots.

So, I am likely to never bring Neptune up on my own unless someone asks me, but without thinking about it.

I've been homeless for a little bit after I got out of the military last year. I was as homeless as you can be and still be relatively comfortable. More like living out of the car and hotels. Doesn't matter what you have, rentals want to know what's coming in every month and I'm not... didn't need to pick some job I didn't like that I'm not good at just to ensure I landed somewhere.

I chose to wait, get married, and have kids after 30 (future-tense) and "save copious percents of my paychecks" like they tell us to specifically so i could mitigate the chance of being in that position, so I'm not going to do it for no reason.

It was easier to do for a few weeks and it was most liberated I have felt in ten years.

Anyway, Neptune could indicate homelessness I think, at least the chances of it happening at one point (I got my dose of this). I have come to the conclusion that being homeless for a little bit isn't a bad thing at all. God and Saturn preparing us for bigger and better things while building up our character.

Neptune is a pain in the *** in my chart. At about 25 I beat my Neptunian urge to drink as well.

Dub -

I was referring to the original post that was synastry btwn Mars Neptune. These couplings usually don't go anywhere because mars prompts neptune's dreaminess in negative ways.

However, Mars Neptune square in natal can be troublesome too - resulting often in an underlying uncertainty of one's actions of and within self. The ruling houses of Mars or Neptune in this square will show what areas of life the uncertainties are expressed.

top 4 neptune trine mars from "go ogle.."

"Generally, your impulses are on target since you often have a sense of how events will unfold." (this one was about transits tho..)
Mars Trine Neptune 'The Practical Idealist'

"The energies of the trine should enable you to become a practical idealist, where the spheres of personal relationships and social obligations are highlighted in your experience. Mars will provide you with a powerhouse of energy to use, and Neptune will indicate suitable directions for expression. This will be through a heart sensitivity to the problems of others, either individually or on a more impersonal, collective scale, and you will feel motivated to share in aspects of social responsibility."

Mars trine Neptune "You are highly perceptive and can detect insincerity or dishonesty in others. Because you are kind and sympathetic, others come to you with their problems and you always have a patient ear. You have the ability to balance your needs for both spiritual growth and physical achievement and can usually manage to do both simultaneously.
Others find you magnetic, charming and very sociable. You prefer an uncomplicated yet stimulating love life and are a warm and tender lover. You are honest and sincere with loved ones, although you are quick to cut ties if you feel that interest is declining. The flush of romantic love may fade, but your former lovers will always respect you. You can inspire your lover and bring much joy into her life. You have a good understanding of the “give and take” of life and are sensitive to the needs of others. You are a romantic at heart and very sensitive in love. You must have honesty in your relationships and will accept nothing less. You are able to see through others to their real motivations, so insincerity is not easy to hide from you. Sometimes you can communicate with your lover without words, through expressions, gestures or “vibes.” You have strong emotional as well as physical needs, but your partner must also be refined and respectable. You seem to simply “know” things on a sexual level, which makes you an especially good lover. You pick up even the subtlest of nuances, and this intuitive understanding and “soft touch” is extremely attractive to many women. Your instinctive ability to be at the right place at the right time assists you greatly in life. This inherent spirituality can express itself well through the arts as well. Sexual fantasies are especially strong. In your life, you may become attracted to spiritual forms of sexuality, such as Tao and Tantra."

Mars trine Neptune in the natal chart "makes you suave, sexy, creative, and passionate about fighting for worthy causes. You have the ability to effectively motivate people without being forceful or bossy. This ability to attract a following stems from your non-threatening approach, magnetic attractiveness and spiritual courage.Your passionate drive and creativity is ideal for a career in music or acting and any of the physical arts. Dance, singing and sculpture would allow you to fully express your excellent sense of rhythm and smooth style.
There is a strong tendency with this aspect to fight for the underdog, so political or social activism would appeal to you. This spiritual and moral urge to serve in a selfless manner makes you a very charitable and caring individual. There would be a natural inclination to become involved in large groups with shared spiritual or altruistic goals.
Your faith is strong but you may not necessarily be religious. Less structured and more new age forms of spiritual belief and practice would suit you, anything from astrology to vegetarianism.
Although you have a strong fighting spirit, physical aggression would be distasteful to you. But you would not back down if you, a loved one or even your cause were to be threatened. You are more likely to win any spiritual or psychic battles through acts of kindness.
A steamy sensuality makes you highly attractive and you should have no trouble attracting genuine partners. Like you, they should be honest and genuinely compassionate people. There is a certain mystique or ethereal nature to your sexuality than can make you very popular."

what can i say, aphex twin, windowlicker..
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MBaEEODzU0

..i understand neptune is like the "higher octave venus" but as the water guy i think of neptune more like the moon.. water = subconscious, like the moon's changing faces are driven by emotion or awareness of deeper themes. i suss the "dark side of intuition is delusion" thing people say about neptune, but my mars is so alpha. and i've lived with my intuition

so i interpret the trine as "vigorously intuitive". it's kind of funny how subconscious means "good in bed" to so many people..

maybe "vigorously intuitive" is the kiss of death in a vigorously conformal culture..

i think i've read somewhere about neptune, drinks like a fish, but there's a lot of astrological interpretation i discard (like those pesky fixed stars) because i think modern life has enough challenges "for the native," without ominous forecasts/casts. i know that's a bit like hello kitty astrology, but shucks, i'm looking for methods to help people, not terrify them. and tell me that's not a cute kitty head. i'm glad you stopped drinking detrimentally dub, my own way of thinking is to try to destigmatise things so you don't think about unpleasing things every time the topic of neptune comes up.

people may consider it delusional to only validate positive interpretations, i consider it practical, if the interpretations are used to uplift those who are downtrodden, end encourage them to continue to pursue positive action within their lives. life is illusion/delusion enough
