I may be wrong. I thought I had seen it but apparently I have early onset Alzheimers, as my kids claim.

All kids claim that when they want to one up their parents. But if you're mistaken then so be it. Would've been pretty striking to see though.
I looked back through to see the chart I was thinking of. They have Sun at 29 Aries, Mercury @ 29Taurus, and the Moon at 1 Gemini. So I usually think of them as having Mercury in Gemini. [cant link the chart cuz it is a close friend and they would not like it]

This is probably a good thing. A fire sun with an air merc would probably be a disaster.

Mercury is never more than 28 degrees from the Sun. I should also mention that Venus is never more than 46 degrees from the Sun.
