I would be cautious about the Saturn/Mars conjunction in the 9th house [distance travel], especially with Mars and Uranus [aviation] in opposition. Mars is also squaring Pluto in the 12th: terrorism, violence, oppression. Moon with Neptune can have a 'separating' influence; considerations of chemicals, leaks,posions, etc. this also forms a t-square with Jupiter in the 5th : not especially auspicious.
Depends on when you might consider this option: Mercury is retro until the 8th of August, not especially good for travel. It might be better clarified by looking at your natal chart for indications of resettlement and travelling abroad.
