Hello, AQ2270!

29 degree of any sign is called anaeretic or karmic degree. When a planet in your natal chart falls on a critical degree it's believed to exhibit its most extreme qualities or those of the sign it is in. Part of Fortune, also called Pars of Fortune, is not a planet but an arabic or arabian part. You can find plenty of information about the anaretic degree, critical degrees and arabic parts here:

Hello , we take the 29º as a degree of looses, we quit them at solar and lunar returns, by relocalizations, with little miles you quit it from the cuspids, the looses sometimes are not serious, but sometimes yes, if that lost is indicated in the natal chart in another ways too, that lost happens, In a lunar return i had a 29º at the cuspid of my IX house and i loose my astrologer teacher, he had taught us of this degrees, but i have Pluto too at IX house that indicates that i loose my teachers , espiritual teachers, I think is very impotant to focus on this degrees, my daughter has one at the ascendant, and my son has it at the sun, i am going to try to bring some examples, is a little difficult to talk about this, because nobody wnat to loose nothing, but if we are in this we have to look at them, at least we can avoid them at solar or lunar returns. But at cuspids the chart has to be rectificated. Atria
