Seeking Astrolger....will pay

I am looking for an Astrologer who is knowledgeable, honest, not afraid to tell truth. I need someone who will look deeply at my chart, not just glance.

I don't need to know about my personality, I need to know what to do next in my life and how to make the most out of my chart. I need someone who does not use astrological jargon that is difficult to understand. I need someone relatable. I have a difficult chart, despite how it looks from the onset. I need someone who will look past my trines and dismiss my chart as easy. My chart is more like a seesaw where once something looks good, something will pop up and cancel out the good.

I need someone who will not tell me to seek therapy or get annoyed that I am having a difficult time with issues in my life. I need someone who will find ways around roadblocks. I need someone who will tell me the honest truth but someone who will also look at how to get around the difficulties.

If you know anyone who fits this description, please let me know either here or on PM.

Thank you.

I got a reading from Alice Portman, which I found helpful. http://aliceportman.com
She was sympathetic, accurate, has many years' experience and has been published in astrological magazines. If you don't want her to tell you about your personality or about the trines you can mention that specifically to her, and ask her what it is that you want to know.

I personally as many of you do Not wish astrology to have the bad reputation as in the above photo!

And in no disrespect, none, but many upon this forum and others are on all types of levels in astrological knowledge as in the below thread:

Re: Rafaella, tikana, dr farr, Zarathu; is this astrologer correct ? Post #23

They don't have an agreeing consensus about this horary all can see!

Something must be wrong somewhere!

Is it a great Idea to review the successful horary outcomes of various posters to weigh their successes and failings to note their credibility and look at how they deviated from prior writers of antiquity, prior to 1700, and the horaries and traditional concepts that they evidently can't fathom?

For if horary is an art and science shouldn't there be more agreement in readings?

I don't know much!

But maybe if more study of the pre-1700 authorities how it was done, then less amateurish insights would be given.

And Yes, we are all at different levels of skill, and understanding in horary but when we miss a horary what does that say about horary and our skill?

If one doesn't study and reflect upon prior 1700 authors and note the true professionals of today are they saying what Bart Simpson is noticing?

And why did they ask in the thread below?:surprised:

This according to Lilly and Coley is NOT how we practice astrology!

http://www.rosicrucian.com/

In the Rosicrucian Fellowship's Junior Grade Course, Letter # 9, in my humble opinion explains how an astrologer should honour their gift!

http://www.rosicrucian.com/courses/jac09106.htm

For Anne3, one in this earthly realm will meet many charlatans, and those who like Lilly, Frawley, Houlding, Kovach, Coley, Ward, Dykes, and many covert upon this forum who are devoted, yet NOBODY knows it all, and among us who study occasionally we find mistakes those cited above and mentioned below make, their misunderstandings of horary and other astrological endeavors; but they are very devoted, the astro mentors of our times, as the authors of the past had misconceptions or misunderstandings as well.

http://www.findastrologer.com/Referrals-By_Specialty/Referrals-Horary.htm

I would strongly recommend that you find an astrologer whom you can build a solid relationship as your true tested consultant and friend, weigh their credibility by their reputation or posts upon various forums, and what they have written or the speeches they made at various seminars, and get on the level of a visitor in their home, as a friend, then you can begin. Heindel, in the Astrology Course I gave a link to, taught '...the best astrologer being one whom is a friend, relative, or neighbor,... in that because of political, religious, and national cultural differences only an astrologer whom is close to the nativity could adequately judge one's horoscope, sensing how the nativity was using the various planet's energies...'. But online, impersonal, Non interactive readings are not as fulfilling as a personal astrologer can be. You have seen those whom are learning at various levels of skill as if novices as correlating to being in kindergarten contrasted the those seeking to go beyond as if they were seeking a Ph.D. in the astro university system symbolically: so find the most trusted in your location!

I feel that they are saying to proceed with caution when asking members in this forum for advance astrological readings. To find one whom you are able to build a comfortable repoir with...It is important. One of the first Astrologers that I went to was a family friend, and gave me some advice that I tookand acted upon; looking back, I don't feel that that was the correct course of action that I took....so choose wisely

Anne3, I edited the post, I had not the time to clean it up the other day.

Max, husband of the actual astrologer, wrote in the Junior Grade Astrology Course the Fellowship teaches from, that '...the best astrologer if qualified is like a neighbor, friend, or relative, whom truly knows how you utilize the planets as computer generated or an astrologer Not necessarily familiar with you or your cultural values, can't help you as much as one whom knows you well if qualified..'.

Like a family doctor who not only knows the parents wel but the children were delivered by him, he if highly skilled knows the patient!

Hope that helps.
