Pluto in the Third House

Pluto is 'hovering' around the third house cusp in my natal chart.

Has anyone experienced this transit? has this natally(pluto in third house)?

I have nothing in the third. Pluto currently makes a sextile to asc and to my moon/merc conj in pisces.

However I am noticing a real change in my view of my neighbourhood.A lot of criminal activity and Im not sure I want to stay here.

I have called the police a few times in last few months(violent assaults occurring to people in my neighbourhood) .

so is this the shift, ie Im taking a deeper concern in my community.

I have read that it can mean a move - not sure why though. But definitely am thinking of moving as I really find where I live has changed.

This kind of dark theme was the same when I travelled recently too.

There is also the venus/jupiter transit which is in my 8th house.
