Should I contact him to say sorry?

Many of you have seen, and helped me throught my plight of trying to get over my ex boyfriend. It has been months...I think since March of this year that I have talked to him. I believe I am mostly over him. But, I am not worried about that anymore.

I have been having this feeling of trying to contact him to say sorry for how I acted after we broke up (I was very immature and said and did things I am not proud of). He was very mad the last time I talked to him and even told my friend to tell me to think of him as dead.

I don't think I will fully get over it until I say sorry and mean it. So, my question is, should I contact him? And if I do, would he be receptive towards my apologies?
