North Node conjunct AC

How do you interpret when the North Node is right over the Ascendat in a horary chart? Can this lead to a positive answer of the question?

I think Node itself can not lead to positive answer without applaying aspects between rulers, but if question si some kind of "contest" of you and him than you have advantage over him because of that North None on ASC.
