As you see, your brother is ruled by Sun at 17Aqu32, ruler of 3H. Foreign country is ruled turn 9H from 3H that is
radical 11H ruled by Ju at 17Sco48. Su will square Ju, but both Su and Ju are peregrine so this is "no" answer.

Goco(fensi88),will you please take a look at this horary chart?It`s really important,my brother wants to go to the US to work for a couple of months and we need to borrow money for the whole Work and Travel programme.


He was born on Jan 22,1982 in Dubrovnik,Croatia at 13:15 pm.
The ruler of his fourth house is in the 9th house and he`s got Sun and Venus in the 9th house,that sounds as a good prospect for going abroad.

Any comments are highly welcome.
