I am wondering how "fruitful" our relationship will be...

Military relationship
together for 4 years and prior to military
Both artists (Painter and writer)
we want a large family
We both will want our creative dreams to come true.. he has a book that is in the works to being published.
I am working towards different creative business ideas!
I worry about the fruitfulness because Jupiter is in Pisces which I heard can make things hard to materialize...
Any info would be amazing because I feel this is above my knowledge.
