Should I use 6th house for second property?

I am in the middle of selling my first house and planning to buy a land and build a house. Using 6th house for represent my 2nd property is a right approach?
I wonder about what kind of property/ land quality I will have by using Horary..

Why 6th house for second property? Did not get the logic behind it. Please explain.
