In my natal chart i noticed the presence of chiron and saturn in pisces. I was born on 28.february 1966, Onesti, romania at 2.45pm. What influence have these planets?

Is Saturn in 27-30 degrees of Pisces or 0-10 degrees? If it isnt then it is Peregrine in that position which is a debility to Saturn. If it is in 27-30 degrees it has its Terms in Pisces and if it is in 0-10 degrees Pisces it has a Face (see the link below for an explaination of these terms). I suggest calculating the dignities and debilities of him before making a judgment of his influence. The greater dignities he has the more positive he is, the more debilities the greater negative influence he possesses. Learn more about dignities and debilities here;
