Marriage Or Spinsterhood?

I'm 41 years old. I've only had two relationships in my life (and a few more brief flings). I'm starting to resign myself to a life of loneliness, while seemingly everybody else gets to have love and marriage.

Below is my chart. I know that my Venus Opposition Saturn and retrograde Saturn at the end of the 4th house (interpreted as being in the 5th house) make for much difficulty in the relationships department. I'm wondering if marriage is in my future? If so, in what year? I tried doing a solar return chart, but I couldn't interpret it since I'm still relatively new to astrology. Thank you so much for any insight that you can give to me in this area!

According to Vedic Astrology, my observations are
A. Possibility if marriage is there, but chances will start after Feb 2013, and best chances to get marry will start - Oct 2013 onwards, and will remain till Mar 2015. Similarly, you will get more chances, but I will suggest to avail this period.

Thank you. Does that mean that I may meet my future husband after February 2013, and possibly marry him between October 2013-March 2015?

I've been reading how to calculate one's marriage age from one's natal chart. My distance from my Ascendant to Venus seems to be at 37 degrees (unless I counted wrong?). The distance from my Sun to my Venus seems to be at 24 degrees? Clearly, those opportunities have passed (and I wasn't even dating anyone when I was age 24 or 37).

Am I on the right track in calculating my marriage age?
