Compatibility

I've known this guy for awhile now and I would not mind getting romantically involved with him. I find him very attractive but I worry about some elements of our personalities. In some aspects we may be too much alike and in others I worry we are too different. I was hoping someone would be able to give me a better idea from an astrological stand point. Here's my chart
