Hello- Chart- Performer or composer?

Can someone give me insight into my natal chart?

Sagitarius - Venus conjunt Neptune in the 6th house -Saturn in 9th house- Jupiter in Tenth House-

My last Pluto and Saturn transists were terrible.

I am 49 and I lost my performing job of 12 years last February. I am a classical musician.

I am trying to decide if I should stick it out as a performer or just give all I got to composition and support myself with another job or teaching. How does it look in the Chart?

Hello!
I see a strong need to shine in the public eye through the sun, moon and rising. Chiron in the 10th in pisces tells me there may be trouble in career that can't be seen. Most of all there is a need to obtain a status from chiron in the 10th. In the career of performing are you in the public eye more so than composing?

Yes, I've always been an orchestral performer much more than a composer. Always had facility and oportunities but tremendous opposition. I can also be very perceptive of the moods of certain people not so much other.

It would appear to be hidden opposition though. (chiron square neptune) Do you find this to be true? Unless there is something I am not seeing performing is the way I think you should go.

I was more so asking if that was what you were experiencing. If you were experiencing a hidden opposition.. hidden enemies...possibly?

Actually yes the opposition is hidden, underhanded, behind doors if that's what you meant Alamits. That is the worse one.

Bingo! Exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately this will be something that just carries with you. The lesson is just to accept who you are.

If nothing else the leo moon and sag sun want recognition. Leo being ruled by the sun, I would imagine you would prefer a solo act. The moon being opposed by saturn would lead to doubt and challenges but if you can plow through it all I think it looks good.

My last question and I won't bother you more: Do you see support there for being a soloist exclusively of my own compositions?

I am not too sure how to tell that...mercury(writing) in the sign of capricorn(ruled by saturn) is a friendly relationship. Also mercury has no hard angles (squares, oppositions, conjunctions) so it is very well possible..but just remember the chart is the tools we currently have to work with and with time and conscious effort you can do whatever it is that you really want to. It looks likely that you could write your own stuff and be good at it.

Your mercury is good from home, you could concentrate on subjects regarding mars, pluto, and uranus. It also sextiles in to chiron/jupiter in the 10th house.

It would be like the concentration of past desires in to 8th house renditions, or emotional innovations in to the 8th. With chiron/jupiter in the tenth there is a sense of a grandiose stuggle maybe towards the niche that you are trying to form. Jupiter makes the 8th mercury lighter certainly and more professional.

If it wasent connected to jupiter your compositions would maybe me more esoteric. The 10th plus capricorn mercury keep it on an even keel.

I dont know how far youre in to classical or what era of classical, but from the outside (non-classicalists) a lot of the post 1930s music is too far-fetched for the general ear. I think this might come up in your struggle somewhere, or what direction to go with it.

You should probably be inventive with that 4th house, and it depends on if you want to make history or make a more contemporary entry. With a lack of natal retrogrades it might be easier to stay away from that and concentrate on movie scores with some timelessness. Another idea that I would appreciate is using electronic synthesizers and programming along with classical music, but its really up to you what you want to develop.
