Will I be successful in intimate partnerships?

Hello. I made this chart to see whether I will be successful in intimacy or not. In order to be a satistfying partner, I am learning cooking, taking masseur training, exercising and preparing for sexuality. It is very important for me to satisfy my partner when I get one. Can you give me information about my emotional relationships based on this chart? Would I make a good lover and be successful in that area?

Because of the large amount of effort you seem to be placing in this area I don't think it would be so much your chart that would be of concern rather that of your partner.

But because moon is in scorpio and the relationship house ruled by saturn I suggest you watch what you say and watch your moods. Saturn ruling the relationship house would make you devoted and would make you structure your relationship.

I'm still not greatly experienced with chart readings, but you are clearly someone with deep feelings and so long as you keep in check any possibility of jealousy (with your scorpio moon), your depth of emotion should help you in intimate relationships.

The immediate thing that stands out in your chart, however, given that your question relates specifically to intimacy, is that you (like me) have saturn in the 8th.

This doesn't have to be a permanent barrier to intimacy but it can bring up challenges and an overall fear of letting your guard down and trusting people. Ok, first of all, you got Sun in 1st house, you are a doer. An able man. You place high importance on personal development and your appearance. I am asking because intimacy with someone is very important to me. With all of the preparation which I have mentioned above, I want to know that I will be a satisfying partner.

It sounds to me like you are making this all too clinical. Relationships are not something that you can simply make a list of things that you can check off, and pass if you have enough of those things on the list. You seem to be aware of the basic things a relationship needs. Nevertheless, there are more subtle things that are important. Body language, communication, etc. In a nutshell, what your personality is like.

A relationship is something that will just "feel right" when you are with the right person. Things simply work. You enjoy each others presence, you can be intimate without any fear or hesitation, and you overall just fit well together. You can't really "train" for this. In essence, so long as you identify where your personal flaws are, and make a conscious effort to work on them, success in a relationship will come along with it.

Don't think about it so much, as counter-intuitive as that may seem.
