Tale of two cities' natal charts

This month, two cities of Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage, CA celebrate their 40th anniversaries. Rancho Mirage became a city on Nov. 14, 1973 and Palm Desert on Nov. 26th, 12 days later. The region attempted to incorporate in the 1960s together, but they delayed it and went separate ways to become cities of their own. Here's a list of 9 incorporated cities in my area (Palm Springs-Coachella Valley CA) provided by internet sources.

Indio: May 16, 1930; Palm Springs: April 20, 1938; Coachella: Dec. 12, 1946; Desert Hot Springs: Sep. 25, 1963; Indian Wells: July 14, 1967; Rancho Mirage: approved Aug 3rd, first council meeting Nov. 14; Palm Desert: declared Nov. 18, but took effect Nov. 26, 1973; Cathedral City: Nov. 11, 1981 and La Quinta: May 1, 1982.

Going by the solar signs: Indio and La Quinta are Taurus (however, La Quinta's "official" city color is teal or turquoise, reminded of Aquarius); Coachella like Palm Desert is Sagittarius, but Rancho Mirage should be a Leo instead of Scorpio - but Cathedral City is, Indian Wells a Cancer like the USA, Desert Hot Springs a Libra in the middle of the astrological year; and Palm Springs an Aries, but in 1988 they celebrated the 50th birthday on April 30th-May 1st...and 2013 their 75th birthday on April 20-21st.

There's a proper method or procedure to determine a city or municipality in astrology, but I like others on here to assist me to find out how lucky the city of Palm Desert, CA was in the last 40 years and what becomes of its' future. You also can check Rancho Mirage's and other neighboring towns, but I live closest to Palm Desert under a Sagittarian mood. :sagittarius:

Edit, Palm Desert city incorporation as of Midnight (00:01) PST Nov. 26, 1973: http://www.astro.com/cgi/showgif.cg....gif&res=63&va=&cid=tsrfile8lBlk3-u1383886581

In sunset, the Parans shows the IC sign is Virgo, which places under the Virgin sign are resort towns, in which Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage happen to be, known for golfing in numerous (30+) golf courses and home to many winter seasonal residents.

And whatdayaknow, my 400th registered post on AW and I want to thank this wonderful site for almost 2 years posting my thoughts on astrology.

I took a long dive in this thread - Indian Wells celebrated 50 years as a town on Friday (July 14). They are among the 100 richest towns in the US and top 50 in California - only 4,600 permanent+10,000 temporary residents, the majority are millionaires and some billionaires if you think about it. Indio (my home-town) began as an "Indian Wells" - before changing its name in 1890. Indio is best known for the annual Coachella Music and Arts festival in the polo club.

The Palm Springs area's 10th (and lost) city is Cabazon, incorporated in 1956 but disorganized in 1972 - about 2,500 people live there. They are known for their Indian reservation tribal casino - the Morongo. And the Desert Hills factory outlet mall. In eastern Riverside county, the city of Blythe - home to 25,000 lies on the Colorado River, the CA-AZ state line. And the Cabazon-Twentynine Palms Indian reservation is a sovereign community with two tribes and their casinos.
