Hi Bossette353, I don't think I can answer your questions, and I don't think psychological astrology in general can provide these answers. But I have some thoughts and questions that I can share with you that might help you to see which is the best path for you.
Mercury in Capricorn in the 2nd does seem suited to accountancy, and perhaps Jupiter there too, although Jupiter is perhaps suited to something more speculative or meaningful. Capricorn likes to have a set of clear rules by which to function, but Jupiter might find accountancy too predictable and unimaginative. There is an very strong emphasis on the 2nd house in this chart, since the Sun and the chart ruler, Jupiter, are here. So its not surprising that you say you would like financial stability and security. But Sun in Aquarius in the 2nd needs to approach such matters in a way which gives expression to that which is unique and special in you (the Sun) through the manifestation of ideals and inventive thought. With both Jupiter and the Aquarian Sun in the 2nd, - and because of the more general influence of Uranus (ruler of Aquarius) near your Sagittarius ascendant - you might need to give yourself more space to grow in the long term. Of course you may decide to take up accounting in order to secure an income and develop other talents outside of this. Or you may use accountancy as a stepping stone into working in more speculative finance.
As you say, your 2nd house is ruled by Saturn, which is in Scorpio. Saturn is also one of the rulers of your Aquarian Sun, of course. Saturn in Scorpio does seek to establish an understanding of how energy and resources are shared and exchanged, and this includes financial dealings. Saturn here is very shrewd. In as much as it is in the 12th, it is especially sensitive to what is hidden from the awareness of most people, perhaps with an ability to be amongst the first to manifest opportunities.
Venus and Mars in Pisces are also very imaginative and perceptive. They may not get anything from accountancy, but your job doesn't have to fulfil your whole chart. A friend of mine is a professional gambler (horse racing) and he does very well out of it (he earns more than a GP!). He has a strongly placed Jupiter in Capricorn along with some fire and Aquarius energy, and also a strong Pisces streak. I think all these things are useful to him in his detailed study of form of horses, the confidence to take risks, the ability to make contacts and share information, and an intuitive grasp of statistics.
So it could be that the financial markets could be a good place for you to shine. I don'r know what its like in terms of getting a foot in the door and climbing the ladder, though. Its obviously a long time til your Saturn return, when you may well get a stronger idea of which concrete direction to go in. In the mean time, you could hink back to when transiting Saturn was square natal Saturn - What impulses and changes were around at that time that may well recur under the return?
Transiting Saturn will be busy before then in any case, now squaring the Jupiter Mercury conjunction (probably this is what has prompted you to think about your financial security at this time, and about new learning in that regard) and then squaring your Sun next year.
Another thing worth mentioning is the Moon in Gemini in the 6th - again this seems suited to something like accountancy, as long as it doesn't start to feel claustrophobic. The Moon is conjunct Chiron, so perhaps you have carried wounds which prevented you from fulfilling your instinctive need to learn in the past. If this is so, you may still have demons to face if you embark on learning again.
When transiting Uranus moves across your IC, you may get a surprise of some sort anyhow, or a flash of inspiration, which causes you to rethink or take new factors into account.
I don't know if any of this is useful - feel free to come back with more thoughts or questions if you like.
