It means there is a high probability for you to achieve that objective during that time period. You should make efforts and be more receptive during that time. That does not mean you shouldn't put in any effort at other times.

how are those "sudden gains"- I don't have friends or relatives abroad..how possible that I will travel overseas? for what porpuse?
