I don't do charts on children, even with parental permission. I'm sure that someone else here who doesn't operate under those constraints will assist you. Just keep an eye on the thread.

Hi. Its a truly terrible situation that you are in. I just wanted to say that I don't believe that a birth chart can be used to reliably predict future events or longevity. I would look for someone with a proven track record for clairvoyance, if you really feel a need to have these answers. I hope all goes well for you.
