composite chiron conjunction north node in 7th house?
What does this mean for a personal relationship?

In our composite chart the 7th house only has these two: chiron and north node and they don't have any other aspects except the conjunction between them.

Taurus in on the 7th house cusp and chiron and north node are in gemini.

Please someone help, is this good or bad?

I would say a healing has to take place and you can help each other with that but cannot do it for yourselves alone. NN is very karmic and you have things to work out from past lives together. However without the whole chart, cant comment further.
