Hello fensi.i have a question.if pof is on 1st cusp and moon cambust with 1 degree,then what is judge in this chart?

It is another chart.in this chart pof is on 1st cusp.but moon is cambust.so what happend here?

In Leichester chart both rulers are in cadent house which weakens their positions and with no significant Moon;s aspects probably that why it end as draw.
In Verona chart we have Mercury ruler of the 1st on the cusp of the 6house, planet on cusp less then 2 degrees control that house and because it is house with another ruler that menas ASC team has power ower the DSC team so it might win.
These are only differences I can see in these charts.

Here Moon is in Via Combust way! When the Moon is in the Via Combust way (which is between 15 degrees Libra and 15 degrees Scorpio), avoid to predict a winner, because with this Moon's position outcome is unpredictable!
