Hi, I'm looking for detailed information on associations between astrological indicators and scents/essential oils. There seem to be a smattering of websites giving basic stuff on this, as well as some books that present the material in a fairly simple and consumer-conscious way. However, I'm looking for something that might be more in-depth. I'm especially interested in historical associations between signs/planets and oils. What is the thinking behind these connections? To give one idea of where I'm going with this, many resources on this subject list no more than 20 oils and many of these oils appear for 3+ signs in the zodiac. To be able to classify other oils, and to refine our understanding of why some oils show up for several signs of the zodiac, we need to go deeper. Information from Western and Vedic traditions are appreciated. Thanks
