When the Node is direct

Anyone know how one could interpret a direct north node? They're retrograde most of the time so a direct node seems significant.

You will see that every after 12-15 days North node will be direct for 2-3 days. It's a very tricky situation for the natal. NN can behave in a different way or can activate or slow down the process, or can give different results. It all depends on relationships, placement and aspect.

But say in natal, one individual has NN retrograde and another individual has NN direct. What is the simple, surface/superficial difference between the two individuals in relation to their NN?

I'm hopingto understand better how this difference feels...

The way retro planets are behaving similarly, direct NN and SN will react. Because they are not in their normal movement.
But again, will vary natal to natal (chart to chart).
