will I ever recover from back pain?

Hello, I am 32 years old and have a back proplem since 10 years now. I went to several doctors, chiropractors and etc but they couldn`t find anything spesific yet it effects my evreyday life (jobs,kids,sports etc.) Being in pain all the time is makes me tired.
