Frequently, Jupiter is over-looked as being linked to electricity via jovian lightning bolts

Jupiter and Mars were each associated with lightning up to the late 19th century (and the beginnings of Modernist astrology) Nonetheless, I do accept Uranus as a primary significator ("best" symbol) for electricity per say, but I still accept Mars (primarily) and Jupiter as primary and secondary symbols/significators for the "fire from the sky" (lightning)

"The discovery of various wall carvings/friezes in Hathor Temple of Dendera Egypt has revealed that the ancient Egyptians obtained lighting by using bulbs and the arc light technique. Close inspection of these pictures in the Temple of Hathor shows that high-voltage insulation was used, just like that of today; this is supported by a rectangular column resembling a light bulb (believed to have been used as an insulator and known as the Djed Column.) This astonishing resemblance to the light bulbs we use today is most striking" http://harunyahya.com/en/works/13770/light-bulbs-were-used-for

"Lighting in ancient Egypt was provided using the classic bulbs we employ today. The Egyptian pictures show bulb-like devices with filament wires, a holder and current wires. In the picture above, the person is reading picture texts on the wall by lighting the surrounding area with the lamp in his hand. This picture clearly shows the filaments permitting electric current to flow inside the lamps the Egyptians are holding. As with modern-day bulbs, the filaments used in Egypt had a spiral shape. Again as applies today, this spiral filament heated by the electric current provided illumination by emitting light"

Rahu is given lordship over electricity and such in India.
Interesting, in view of our discussion-notice that in the West (with some authors such as Gerard of Cremona), Rahu (North Node, Cauda Draconis) acts as a "mixture" of Venus and JUPITER (noting that Jupiter has a traditional mythological relationship with lightning, as has been mentioned in some of the posts, above)
