Virgo and Scorpio Perfect?? - Page 2

No, I have never went through this with her before as we were lietrally so close and communicated well, what I meant was if we were not in the mood to talk we didn't talk and that was perfectly fine,it did not bother me and it did not bother her, we both were happy to know that the other is just there even if they are silent, no need for drama as we both understood eachother.

When you say imposed then one of you are using this tactic to get back at the other?

Silence also is one of Virgo's ways and traits of saying I am not happy with how things are, if they are hurt or uncomfortable they will use silence as a weapon, it is not the case in Scorpio.

so, i can't help but wonder how you would get a virgo with a scorpio moon to be open and honest instead of silent and avoidant?

I am a Virgo with a Scorpio moon ... The secret is in the trust you build, if we find out that you are trust worthy then we will open up, however it takes time and effort to build this trust and we really must care for you enough to open up to you, dont forget that Scorps are secretive, they harbor feelings and emotions for years without sharing. One's whole life can be an emotional struggle between them and their feelings.

You need to probe my friend, probe probe probe but do it gently without being pushy, make them come to you.

No, I was talking about silence as a way of conflict. There are people who can't stand uncertainty in relationships (personal or business - does not matter), i.e. they want to talk about it, say what they think and clear the aid right then and there.

With Scorpios (and I am like that too) this is not always the case. We withdraw, live through the pain and never tell how it feels. Then it may resolve or it may get deposited towards a secret plan

. Depends on who the opponent is. Passive-aggressive way of communications it is. It is considered bad, and society teaches that assertiveness (respectful straight-forwardness) is the way to go. But it is just so unnatural to some individuals. Again, this is not always the case, but I think Scorpios default to it often.

I hope I am not offending anyone by what I say here. I talk about what I noticed in Scorpios I know and about myself.

Anyway, I am trying to figure if this tendency in communications is common in Virgos. After all, if you make a generic (for the lack of a better word) Virgo chart placing the sign of Virgo as 1st house, Scorpio will be Virgo's 3rd - thinking and communications.

On the other hand, I have a strong Scorpio influences in my own chart (Scorpio Moon, Sun conj Pluto in the 8th, etc) that may very well be responsible.

Is it me, or is it being a Virgo?

I can personally attest to this. Scorpio's are very, very quiet. And it mostly has NOTHING to do with you. It's just in their inner nature. That doesn't mean they're not romantic or caring. So far from the truth, they are very gentle and sweet. They just think everything through carefully. Sometimes too carefully. The most rise you'll get out of them though is sexually. They love sex with a passion. What Scorpio's need is a kind, caring partner. One with the emotions to guide them through the coldness they feel. And yet, they need the ability to take the brunt of the hits that Scorpio's dish out. And they do dish them out. It's not that they're mad or angry with you. They hate being given everything on a silver platter.(I'm often gulity of this ^^). I'd normally be the perfect Scorpio mate. (Pisces/Rising Leo). But I have Moon and Aries in 9th. Making me very compassionate for my partner if only that I think so much about her and try to do everything for her. With Leo on the ASC and Moon/Aries in 9th, I can't help it. No matter how many times she tells me to "stop trying too hard". It's in my nature to bring my best, every day.

, that kind of silence that you are referring to kills me and I cannot deal with it if it was imposed by my partner, uncertainty makes me nervous and not knowing what is going to happen next freaks me out lol

well, i do have a busy 8th house, so i understand the whole secrecy and harbouring of feelings except it kills me to do that but i have a rather fixed chart (all that aquarius :P) so i could hold my true feelings for awhile.

anyway, i appreciate your comments because i had a feeling it will take time and effort, especially if i find it worthwhile..

well what i've come to experience is that virgo/scorpio people don't trust wholeheartedly or they have and have been let down so many times that it's hard for them to trust ever again.. so there are always trust issues.

i mean, i know they need to trust you implicitly in order to become close & and pushing you away is probably their defense mechanism due to confusion, sadness, etc. but i also notice how they tend to exaggerate a lot of their fears and accusations.

but what i want to know is if you once had their trust... to an extent... and somehow aroused their suspicions (due to their paranoia, mostly haha) how does one regain/earn their trust again, to show them that you can be trusted?

i've known them to amputate people after finding out they have been lied to... except i feel that i have been wrongfully accused, however i don't try to convince them i'm not a liar, i sort of just keep calm about it.

This theme is very interesting, although I don´t know scorpio/virgo couples.

I got an important capricorn influence in my chart (placed in the first), and I just noticed yesterday, by reading some astrology article, why I have this likeness for scorpio individuals.

Is there a significant link between capricorn and scorpio as well as virgo/scorpio?

Because I know now, that the scorpio sun person will be doing a sextile to one of the planets in my cap asc. It could be saturn, neptune or uranus (12th house, but very close to 1st). And also a conjunction to my pluto or lilith (both in scorpio).
Scorpio people have always been an obsession for me.
Like they thrilled me forever. It must be because of my saturn in capricorn or the other planets I mentioned.

I will come clean.

I am Scorpio Sun in an exact sextile to Virgo Ascendant.

If you go back in this thread you will find me having fun with it and the people on here who are mostly virgos confessing there love for Scorpio.

I am attracted to women with strong Virgo and Scorpio alike, I have to say Scorpio girls are extremely attractive, way too hot. though I am thinking of someone whose Virgo Mars was conjunct my Virgo Ascendant and whose Libra Venus was almost exactly conjunct my natal Virgo Mars.

What was between us was palpable. Shame we only met once through a friend and didn't have a chance to meet again.

I think the synastry is always what counts rather than the sun sign which is basic stuff.

Sweet Venus, I think you have to put in a lot of time to get to know Sorps and most people aren't prepared to do that. It took me at least 12 years to even begin to understand my husband (Scorp) but then I guess my lesson this lifetime was patience, was never high on my agenda previously, being Aries.

Be blunt about it, they appreciate honesty, point ou their faults gently if you've been wrongly accused of something because they are sensitive and take it to heart.

Who enjoys criticism? Who wouldn't appreciate honesty? I can relate to it a 100%, but I am not a Scorp.

Apparently, Virgo and Scorpio used to be the same sign..but then they got spilt into virgo and scorpio, and libra was placed in between them as scales. So V&S are very different...but also very similiar.

The virgo individuality, quiet shy nature and the Scorpio's secretive independent aloofness seems to work too.

Welllllll, my son is also an Virgo and was with a Scorpio woman. That relationship ended in disaster with the woman wanting more face time, more freedome, more money and believe it or not, with six kids of her own already, more kids. My son was working two jobs already and just couldn't give anymore.

Its been twelve years and I still don't understand my scorpio husband. We have come to a mutual impass, comfortably for the most part.
