Some guidance...
Pluto is conjunct my midheaven, square my sun and mercury, sextile my ascendant, neptune (conjunct ascendant) and venus (trine ascendant)... how can I strengthen the positive outlets for pluto in my chart and how can I best learn the lessons from the negative aspects?
Help! How should I ever make this work? My cancer sun is square both scorpio pluto and midheaven... virgo venus, capricorn neptune, and my cap ascendant all make positives aspects to one another and pluto and my midheaven... am I just going to be a dreamy sexy (secretly insecure) power-tripper forever?

Re: Some guidance...
No way to know w/o a chart and some input as to whay negatives you seems to have going on in your life.
Pluto to the midheaven suggests a change in your outward reputation or standing, perhaps carreer related. Perhaps becoming aware that something that was hidden, a talent, may be brought forth for the world to see. A desire for status or power may be part of it.

Pluto, to Mod
Mod,
Pluto (transformation, also power) conjunct (energy is combined with) Midheaven (outer world), indicates power issues in the outside world. The challenge is to figure out the best way to use your power.
Powerfully,
Tim

If you take Jupiter as ruler of Neptune, it disposits all planets in the chart except Pluto - whose function is to provide the power needed by other (aspected) planets for the achievement of Jupiter's purpose.
So, to "figure out the best way to use your power", I think you may first have to determine the purpose of Jupiter (retrograde, in Pisces and ruling 12th + 3rd).
I'd also look at the meaning of the intercepted signs (Aries + Libra) and houses with dupilcated signs on the cusp (4/5 + 10/11) - before considering how best to use the power of Pluto.
(As you may know, the duplications indicate that something about your attitude/values in the 4th and 10th creates problems in the 5th and 11th respectively which prevent you from attaining the benefits of Aries/Libra, and maybe the North Node within them. So, the first step for you is to identify and resolve the attitude/value issues of the 4/10 axis.)

Re: Some guidance...
That just sounds so disheartening... I'm so inclined to think there is something really wrong with me. The dominate theme of my life has been having to work through all of my emotional baggage concerning my family and my sexuality before I am allowed to know what I want to do with my life, or feel satisfied or content. A lot of it has centered around getting me to be much more aries like in a diplomatic libra fashion rather than passive- aggressively... like forcing peace by just swallowing up my feelings and ignoring my anger.
Does this make any sense?

Re: Some guidance...
Modcleopatra - please read my analysis of your chart on your other thread your started. I can understand your concerns but I have faith in your power for persistance & survival and ability to make your life fantastic
I have looked at your chart on the other thread.
Also your writings on the extremly emotional women were articulate & insightful. Are you at university? You have a great talent to write.
Sorting out our familial issues is a wonderful way to get our lives on track. Otherwise we can just keep falling into the familial situations in other parts of our lives for years & years.
Some of us have decided to come in in this lifetime with a chart where we do have many huge family issues and the urge to sort it out. Once this is done we are freed up to a huge extent to embark on the fabulousness of our journey - which I KNOW you will have.
As we do our inner work & revolve our part in family issues & the unresolved family issue in us, we become stronger & build a solid foundation for the rest of our lives. Its like your building a bueatiful double brick house of a triple concrete foundation with bueatiful floor boards & carpet which you can then enjoy for the rest of your life

Astrologically, you have no reason to be disheartened Teddi. As Natasha says, you should re-read her analysis (and the rest) on your other thread - they all seem positive to me.
And, your quoted comment above indicates that you are already well on the way towards dealing with the problems of your chart. For example, I'd guess that your sexuality + family values is the necessary 4th house "attitude adjustment" referred to in my earlier comment - and you appear to have resolved that. Similarly, you've grasped what needs to change in relation to the Aries/Libra sign interceptions and are dealing with that. And, you will probably find that these changes in you will change what you want to do as a career - thereby resolving the 10th house "attitude adjustment" I referred to previously. So, at 22 years old, you are at a point in life that I did not reach until after my 50th birthday - and you're disheartened?
I think you should indeed move on now to determine the purpose of Jupiter, as that will give you a clearer idea of what you actually want to do in life. Then you can harness the power of Pluto to achieve it, as you undoubtably will.
Finally, your reply makes a great deal of sense to me. And, I see from your response to the "am I scared for nothing" thread that you are well on top of your search for self-understanding and in no way disheartened (or likely to allow yourself to become so). But, make sure you harness that Pluto power for what you want rather that what you think you want (or what someone else wants).
