Abusive boss.....
I don't know what to do with this nasty woman. This has been going on all year. It's as if she's going out of her way to make me look bad in front of the rest of the company. She insulted me at a meeting in front of a dozen other employees, then comes into my office and makes little comments like "Don't let the door hit ya on the way out". :13:
I've tried talking to other higher-ups but nothing is being done. I have been looking for a new job but, as many of you know, the pickin's are pretty slim. I don't want to leave my job because I love it, but I don't like how she has been treating me. I have thought about going to the state labor board or EEOC, but I'm afraid that would cost me my job.
I don't know what's going on or what action I should take to deal with this ugly situation. Does anybody see what may be triggering all this work place abuse? Is it going to pass soon or do I get to deal with this all year? Any suggestions on how I should go about handling this?
