Composite Grand Trine and T Square

Hi everyone!

I'm fairly new to this. I'm wondering if anyone can offer their thoughts on an interesting composite chart.

The chart has a grand trine and T-Square, with both focal points being Mars in Leo in 3rd.

It also has sun conj plu in 5th, a 7th house moon, sun opp ven & mer, moon opp asc, mer conj ven in 11th.

There are some strong ties in the synastry chart as well (includine nodes, pluto, saturn, venus & mars).

The above info is brief, but I'd appreciate any thoughts at all.

By the way, it isn't strictly a T-square upon Mars, but it is a T-square of sorts, I see where you coming from. Of more interest to me is the Mercury/Venus conjunction, but I'll get back to you.

I'm glad you posted the composite chart, Draco, because I'm never sure which option to select on Astrodiesnt :roll:

Anyway, here's the synastry chart:



I'm no astrologer, but here are some things that took my eye right away when I created a chart including ALL aspects between planets and the items on the list of "additional objects" Astrodienst provides. I did not include this chart here because all of this information can be overwhelming and should not be required for a basic interpretation. However, I do find the inclusion of astroids in any astrology chart interesting, especially if they are involved in a very close conjunction to another planet.

I don't know if the following observations are significant or not as I have yet to practice interpretation, but they are something to ponder nevertheless.

Your partner's Sun is conjunct your Ascendent

Your partner's Ceres is tightly conjunct your Uranus/Jupiter

Your partner's North Node is almost exactly on his/her 9th house cusp, and their Pholu is almost exactly on your 9th house cusp!

I'm sure there are many others, but I'm getting dizzy looking at all those aspect lines :roll:

ahhhh...I get the composite chart problem (why I had a 7th house moon in mine and the uploaded one shows a 6th house moon)....the date of birth for me is 18 Dec. instead of 16 Dec. Thanks!

I'll assume you're referring to me (Aquarian Maverick) since Aquarian Moon (another forum user) has not yet been involved in this particular thread. It does get confusing sometimes

My Virgo South Node delights in details, so I would be glad to explain the chart uploading process to you

I am not sure which astrology program you use, but since I am best aquainted with Astrodienst I will provide details from that perspective. Under the title of Horoscope Offers on the main page, there will be several links to various parts of the site including Daily Horoscope, Portrait, Children and Young People, Love, Flirtation and Sex :mrgreen:, Forcast, Partner, and finally, More Free Horoscopes.

Click on the last link and scroll down the page, past the columns of Reports / Horoscope Readings and Interactive Horoscopes. The third column is labeled Horoscope Chart Drawings; you can click on either Chart drawing, Ascendant or Extended Chart Selection. With either option, you will see that there will be a small link towards the left side of the page that says Add New Person. Enter in your natal information and press continue, then confirm the details you have entered. Now, it should have generated your chart.

Right mouse click anywhere on the chart, and select Save Picture As or an equivalent option (I have Windows XP; Apple Computers are probably different with their commands). Next, choose which format you wish to save the picture as...I recommend Bitmap (*.bmp), but any format supported by ImageShack should do. I also recommend that you save the picture on your desktop, so it will be easy to find. Now, go to ImageShack and click the Browse button to select the document you wish to upload (aka your natal chart). Once this is selected, click open, and there will be a description in the text box of where the file is located.

You're almost done! Click on the button that says Host It! A new page should open with lots of different text boxes...copy the code right below the thumbnail that reads Hotlink for forums (1) by highlighting it and pressing Control C. Then, paste the code into the text box where you enter your message on the forums by using the shortcut Control V. Voila! Enter your message, click submit, and look at your pretty natal chart!

I see a very hot romance as you have Eros conjuncting the NN with Sun conjunt Pluto and POF in 5 opposing Venus/Mercury in 11 (I don't think I want to hear what you are whispering to each other).

Moon square Mars probably keeps the friction going as you probably have some good arguments and also some probably good making up periods after that. With NN and Eros in 9 in Cap your relationship seems driven towards using sex as a way to expand your consciousness and too structure that expansion in meaningful ways.

Jupitor in 4 might suggest that you live together or at least feel at home with each other in a positve way although there may be financial stress with Saturn in 2. I might speculate that you work together with the trine to Uranus in 6 or at least find ways to blend the old and new in your joint ventures. The sextile to Jup in 4 also might suggest while stressed about money, you seem to get what you need.

The overall chart pattern is a kite which adds an element of protection with the grand trine in earth and lots of dynamic tension with the opposition there. This will keep things from getting stale.

That's about it..now please don't tell me this a plutonic business relationship ops:

Thanks for your interpretation! You are right...definitely not a business realtionship :P

The relationship has ....errr......petered out, due to lack of communication. That's one of the reasons I was curious about Mars in 3rd in the comp chart (as a focal point). However, we have 'mutual admiration society' going on and I know that this one is not over. We never lived together but feel comfortable in each other's space, as you indicated. There's a strong sexual pull too.

I have the Robert Hand Composite book- it's great. Doesn't offer too much about nodes but his composite planets in the houses is really interesting.
