Pretty Kitty is missing and hasn't been seen since this morning. She never misses dinner. My question, asked at 7:55 pm in Las Vegas, Nevada, is where is my cat?

Yes, they are erected for the time and place of the horary question (rather than the birth time/place)...

Oh, I thought that was weird, since the chart says Mars is in Cancer, but right now it's actually in Scorpio...

Did your cat return? There is late ASC pointing to you possibly knowing where she might be.

Your cat is 6th house ruler Mercury, it recently changed sign from its own Virgo to sign Libra, possibly meaning she entered someone else's home 5 hours before you asked question. So Mercury is in its own house 6th, yet different sign, so she can't be faraway. Maybe neighbour's house? Or a house that she considers her home too...second home? Mercury has dignity where she is, although not as much as when she was in Virgo. So she is ok.

Please update! I'm not good with missing objects/animals etc, so am not sure about my interpretation here....

First of all, I apologize for not posting the right chart. I thought it was the chart for the time the question was asked, but the I read the directions and got confused.

Thank you everyone. Yes, she is OK. She showed up last night at about 9:30. I'd take a shirt off the ironing board, went into the next room to change, and when I came back she was stretched out on the ironing board where the shirt had been. It was like she materialized from nowhere. Usually she talks all the way up the stairs, but she was being really quiet last night. Anyway, all's well that ends well.

I have to explain that in the last six weeks, I've had really bad luck with my own animals, and those of my family and friends. At the beginning of August my old, but healthy dog got sick and died on August 12th. Early on August 27 th at 6:30 in the morning, I got a call about a cat hanging from my mesquite tree. I thought one of my cats was pinned in the tree by a mockingbird, but went home to find her dangling by her back leg from ten feet up in the tree. I had to get a ladder and cut the branches down to get her free.

On September 6th, two of my mother's dogs were bitten by a rattlesnake, but because it didn't rattle, she didn't take them to the vet until the next morning. By then it was too late to give them anti venom. One of the dogs had to spend several days in critical care.

Tuesday evening I heard from a close friend in Washington state that her two dogs had been stolen. I'm getting really jumpy when it comes to my pets.

Transiting Saturn is opposing my Venus in the 6th. It seems to be manifesting with my pets. I sure will be glad when it is over.

Glad to hear about your cat's happy return!
The transiting Saturn opposing Venus in the 6th house, might very well account for some of your recent pet problems.
