Venus in Cancer good for real estate matters?

Since Venus Tansit Cancer, I expect the Real Estate Market to have a short boom. Is it a right time to put an advertising about selling a house? Or Should I consider other transit to my natal chart?

IMO you should always consider transits to your natal planets first. I learned the hard way to never start anything on bad aspects, no matter how much you want it, it almost always fails, at least for me

I read somewhere about Advertising is influenced by Neptune. In my Natal chart Neptune is ruling my 9th house Pisces and now Neptune is in Pisces and almost transiting my 9th house.. But I am worry about the Neptune Retrograde.. hmmmm

I wouldn't worry about Neptune and advertising in general. Check the transits to your natal Venus, 2nd, 3d, 4th and 8th house cusps and the rulers of these houses.

The Venus is applying to Square to my Natal Venus.. Now the Venus (4th house ruler) is transiting my 1st house. Saturn and Mars transiting in my 4th house, and the Neptune Rx is still in 8th house at the moment.

2nd House ruler (Sun) is transiting my 2nd house. I have been struggling financially, maybe I may begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
My 3rd House (Communication) ruler Mercury is in 2nd house too. Financial gain may come through communications, maybe by advertising as communication?
8th house ruler Uranus though Retrograde is in my 10th house now. Should I consider using an internet to advertise?

I read some people relocated/ planned to move when Saturn transiting 4th house. We were planning on selling and move from our house for a while, but I guess the opportunity arrive with Saturn entering my 4th house. So, maybe putting my house in an online advertising these days will be a good move. What do you think?

Short-term transits are looking positive (we can disregard Venus Square to your Natal Venus, it will be over soon anyway). The thing that worries me is Saturn and Mars transiting your 4th house. I don't know if Saturn can help with a move, it usually seems to slow the things down for me. As an example, my husband and I had been trying to buy a house for more than a year to no avail while Saturn was transiting his 4th house... It just moved to his 5th house so I hope we will finally make a purchase.

Mars indicates the energy spent on dealing with the issues of the house it is transiting.
The way I see it you may end up putting a lot of effort in trying to sell your house and/or move while Saturn will be throwing the obstacles at you that you will need to work out before achieving your goal. It teaches us patience, responsibility and organization. If you move, it probably won't be easy.

Saturn rules my 7th house. Currently my hubby is staying at home volunteering being the househusband for a while . A little bit cramp at home right now, there is two other couple staying with us, (my husband's brothers and their wives).

Update:
Our neighbour offer to buy our house with the price slightly below our expectation, but the deal is good for both side. Me and my husband decide to say yes..
There is no need to advertise it anymore, we actually just need to communicate with someone in our vicinity

Well, I landed an apartment on August 17. I'm all moved in right now. Not so much "real estate" but close to it.

hi Infamous.. Is there any other transit triggered the move in your chart? I mean other than the Venus Transit to Cancer?
