Exalted Moon in 9th House malefic or Benefic??

Hi Everyone!!
My Name is Vaibhav And my details are
Time of Birth: 12:54 PM
Place of Birth: Gujarat, Ahmedabad, India
D.O.B: 18 June 1993

I have a mild knowledge in Astrology and Great interest and Understanding in spirituality and Moksha. I can see that my birth chart is not very bad.
I hail from a nice respectable family and enjoy all comforts but in spite of having all material gains I am always sad because I am not very good academically.

Can anyone PLEASE tell all my good and Bad points of my Birth Chart??
