What are the effects of Ketu with lagna lord?

Would the person have a disregard for their physical body?

Ketu in ascendant generally creates problem of nerve/nervous system.

Ketu with ascendant lord ( say Mars of Scorpio ascendant) in Pisces ( Ketu's own sign) will be a Rajyoga as Pisces is the 5th house ( trine) from ascendant and Mars is lord of Kendra ( angular house, 1st lord).

Any dasa or sub dasa of Ketu will be very good for this native.

So, treatment will be different in different houses and for different ascendants.

We have to see whether the Ketu is adverse for the native, if so, then Ketu may even take the power of ascendant lord ( as Ketu may absorb power of other planets associated with it) and may make the ascendant lord weak. The native will suffer physically/bodily in that case.

Ketu in the ascending house/sign is an ill omen (both in traditional Western and in Vedic as well); any planet conjunct Ketu will be adversely afflicted (again, this is doctrine in traditional Western; in Vedic it is not as cut-and-dried, as the information provided by Rajarshi, above, illustrates; however, I myself follow the "Ketu-as-always-disruptive" doctrine of traditionalist Western astrology, so I would say that any conjunction with Ketu = disruptive and/or chaotic influences)
