I predict a generally Mesomorphic body type. Pitta. Possibly with a touch of Kapha.

I am actually going to say Kapha with a touch of Pitta! Your moon is in Uttarashada pada 1 nakshatra which usually indicates kapha.

That's my idea too.

what do you look like physically ?

Type of illnesses if any ?

Definitely kapha dominant (by my analysis); vata is deficient and needs strengthening/supplementation...
