You have one of the typical allergies', often also the acne aspect/s, Sat-Mars and Sat-Ven. Saturn rules the skin in general, the outermost layer (epidermis), and Ven is the co-ruler of skin (more the texture and complexion). Mars is by nature hot and dry and infamous for inflammations/allergies. When these meet, the result is an outbreak on the skin of some sort. Mars rules your Asc via Aries (given to not just a rash temperament sometimes, but also rashes), but it is placed in Scorpio (a sign known for infections). You are very Sco in any case through your Sun, 8th house congregation of planets and that Mars. This perhaps makes you a bit, pardon my saying so, of a brooding nature (Plu-Moon quincunx, too). Though you have an Aries Asc and a Gem Moon, which could be outgoing at first, there could be an unintentional tendency towards pent-up emotions, maybe even some bitterness due to that. What makes this more challenging is the Cap side of you also. Cap that way is very similar to Sco, both have the tendency to hold things/emotions back. This makes the native susceptible to, in the literal sense, poisonous energy (through a lot of 'stuck-up' energy) within oneself. All this breaks out in the form of rashes and allergies, and with Aries as your Asc, in the face. With some it is in the form of migraines. Another thing with Sco and esp Sat/Cap people is that health may suffer in the first half of life. Things settle down more with age.
Gemini rules the lungs, Mer is placed in the 8th, and the Moon in Gem is in a quincunx to Plu. Shortness of breath often results from Sat-Mer (lungs). Still exercise/sports within limits is very important for you, so keep at it. For you, the main thing is to make full use of your Aries side (sports) and that Gem Moon (creativity and movement) to let out any bottled-up emotions.
