Hoping to find out about love/children...

I am just starting to get into this. I don't even know where to begin.. I would love to find out how easy it's going to be for me to have children. I am at the point in my relationship where we are both starting to talk about what it will be like. Would love to know how to figure this out. Is it possible to find out when is a good time?
