Will I start college this year/is it a good idea to?

I had a psychic telling me that she saw me in University some day, but I'm still having doubts.
I can't really narrow it down to one question, I have about three questions on my mind:
(1) Is this career path the right path for me? (Working with animals).
(2) Will I start college this year? or (3) Should I wait for another year?

I checked the transits and progressions for the day I'm supposed to start college and it's not looking good. Saturn transits the third house, the asteroid Education transits the 12th house, and Venus also transits the 12th house. I have severe anxiety issues and, basically, I say I'm going to do things (e.g. college) and then I chicken out at the last second. My boyfriend and I have been together for a year and he's fed up of it, he says he'll dump me if I do the same thing with college.
