Re: Are any of these fixed stars' placements significant?
Oh and my Lot of Increase is conjunct to Regulus.
Actually maybe its best to discount the Lots as there are quite a few conjuncting a load of fixed stars, its gonna get confusing lol

Re: Are any of these fixed stars' placements significant?
Someone may come along that is more knowledgable than I am about using fixed stars but I'll share with you how I've used them so far.
I only use exact conjunctions. Some astrologers use an orb of +/- 1, but I do not. I only use personal planets and AC and MC.(however, there have been times I did look at the IC and DC just to make sure there weren't exact conjucts with those angles as well) The fixed star must be conjuct exact in order for me to weigh any flavor they may lend to the chart.
If your sun is conjuct spica 1 degree or less then I would say it's possible that you are charming, and have a general disposition that others find pleasant for the most part, meaning you are easy to approach and chat with---communication may flow easy for you. Have you considered writing or other forms of communication either as a career or integrating those within your career? Just curious about the last question. I really can't tell much from just your possible spica conjuction.

Re: Are any of these fixed stars' placements significant?
From my perspective:
-Spica connections will be active (Sun, Lot of Courage and Jupiter)
-Sirius connection with the Lot of Mercury (aka as the Lot of Necessity)
...in my opinion the other connections are too wide for likely activation...

I dream of a career along them lines (singing, songwriting, writing) so the third house is important for me.

Re: Are any of these fixed stars' placements significant?
I discovered I have several more (getting carried away ):
for the Sun and Jupiter, I had:
Foramen, 2 degree orb for Sun and Jupiter
Arcturus, 4 degree orb for Sun, exactly conjunct Jupiter
other planets:
Neptune and Uranus
Sheliak exactly conjunct both
Dheneb 1 degree orb
Vega 3 degree orb
Sulaphat 3 degree orb
Peacock 5 degree orb (too wide?)
Saturn
Kitalpha 2 degree orb
Sadalsuud exactly conjunct
Deneb Algedi exactly conjunct
Sador 1 degree orb
Midheaven
Azha 2 degree orb
Almach 4 degree orb
Venus
Labrum 1 degree orb
Markeb 1 degree orb
Moon
Labrum 4 degree orb
Markeb 2 degree orb
Zaniah 4 degree orb
Mercury
Alphecca 3 degree orb
Menkent 3 degree orb
North Scale 4 degree orb
Mars
Acrux exactly conjunct
Alphecca 1 degree orb
Menkent 1 degree orb
Pluto
North Scale 4 degree orb
Agena 1 degree orb
Ascendant
Merak 4 degree orb
Tania Borealis 4 degree orb
Alphard 4 degree orb
I'm guessing 3 or less would be considered, anything above 3 wouldn't?

Thanks for adding this, I have Zuben Alschemali conjunct Mercury but it's 4 degrees, and then Khambalia is conjunct Mars but with 5 degrees.. not close enough
