Question about the 12th house and Lots?

Is there anything positive about the 12th house? All the stuff I've read about it is quite negative and I have a few Lots/Parts in this house

the Lots I have in this house are:
Lot of Success (of all the Lots to be in there!

)
Lot of Art
Lot of Luck
Lot of Caution
and Lot of Necessity.

Oh and Cancer is on the cusp of this house.

Can anyone help?
