I am a mother/singer/songwriter, 26 -- any insights

I am curious as to what my chart reads to any of those interested in taking a glance.

I have sung since I was a child--is there anything in my chart that suggests singing or musicianship? I have been playing guitar & writing songs for 10+ years, but shied away from pursuing a career in favour of (failed) romantic relationships (late teens/early 20s). Addiction & self esteem issues (teen to currently--anything in my chart to suggest a source and/or how to best deal with those?).

Currently I am a lead singer in a cover band (working on establishing a name in town so I have credibility/support), and I feel support for my singing right now--but little for my songwriting, but it hasn't been my focus. How do I approach that? I have two pre-school aged daughters. They light up my life, but they were both unplanned--anything in my chart imply motherhood issues/solutions? Sometimes I feel overwhelmed. I find myself torn between dualities within my heart, and it's been hard lately--anything in my chart speak to rectifying this?... Just curious what you see. I'm still learning to read charts, but here's what I see. Hopefully a more experienced person will chime in and verify that I'm on the right track with my analysis:

What I first noticed is that your Moon is in the 5th house, which is the house of entertainment & children. Your Moon is also positively aspected, which bodes well for your creative talents. Your Moon is positively aspected with your Sun in the 10th house, the career house. While your Sun has some afflictions to it, it has more positive than negative aspects which should bode OK for your career.

I should add that a 5th House Moon also makes you susceptible to falling in love easily.

Your Saturn is in the 3rd house (house of writing & communications). While Saturn brings delay, your Saturn is positively aspected which may help matters. Your 3rd House Saturn is positively aspected with your Venus (love) and Mercury (mentality) in the 11th house (house of friendships and groups). Have you considered co-writing songs with others? That may be a positive avenue for you.

I do notice that your 4th house (Home & Family, which I think focuses mainly on your childhood life and culture) seems troubled. Your Uranus is technically at the end of the 3rd house, but gets interpreted as being in the 4th house because of its position. That suggests an unstable family life. So do your Mars and Neptune (did one of your parents battle alcohol/drug abuse?) in the 4th house. It suggests that you may have to first deal with issues stemming from your turbulent childhood.

Your drug addiction issues related to your Sun Opposition Neptune. You've got a few indicators of depression and escapism tendencies in your natal chart, but Sun Opposition Neptune increases a likelihood of turning to drugs after those issues rise.

Another thing: your Jupiter is technically at the end of the 6th house, but by tradition gets interpreted as being in the 7th house (house of relationships). Your Jupiter has more afflictions (there are no less than 4 negative aspects to it) than positive aspects, which shows that relationships are a challenge for you. However, you do have positive Jupiter aspects (Mercury trine Jupiter, Mars sextile Jupiter). Perhaps someone more experienced could tell you how you can use these positive aspects to overcome the negative ones.

I can't thank you enough for your time and insights! Thank you! Yes, my father was a severe alcoholic and pill-user, parents divorced when I was 4, and barely saw him after that. And delays in communication, indeed! I have only in the past two years recorded demos of songs I wrote a decade ago (sometimes it takes me months to finish polishing up the lyrics and arrangement for a song, just on paper!), and I sometimes fear that I may miss my target audience due to such delays. Is that something that my Saturn return would effect?
Depression & escapism, quite correct. :/ It's a little funny feeling myself laid bare by my chart. lol. Thank you again!
