Could anyone help me work out if Neptune might be a dominant planet for me, even if I don't know my Rising Sign yet?
By the way, the Pullen Chart function on Astro.com doesn't really make any sense to me so it doesn't really help. Sorry...
When I try to look at the primary influences on my chart after my Sun and Moon, by aspect, I would say that Mars and Neptune tie for third. Aside from Mars opposite Neptune, Mars squares Mercury, sextiles Sun, trines Moon, and trines Pluto. Neptune trines Sun, sextiles Moon, squares Mercury (as well), conjuncts Uranus, and sextiles Pluto. However, I wonder if the scale tips toward Neptune since Mars is in Cancer. But then again, Neptune is in Capricorn. I'm not sure how seriously I take dignities and debilities past understanding that some sign's energies work better with a given planet than others, though.
I hope my rambling makes sense!

I'm trying to figure out if I am more Neptunian than Martian because I feel pretty Neptunian, especially when it comes to the square it has with Mercury. I forget things pretty easily, I can lose my train of thought mid sentence, and I am easily distracted (which I don't help by often having a bunch of things going on around me at once).
On the other hand, I am not all that fiery or much of a go-getter. I'm not even as aware of the effects of my Mars' square to Mercury. Though, I can access my Mars energy if I want to, I'm just not there by default as it feels like with Neptune.
What do you think? Is there a way for me to know at this stage? Is it even possible for me to feel Neptunian when it's an outer planet? Am I going about all this incorrectly, even?
