Is there a chance for me to find love after all?

Hello astro-lovers,
I was wondering if anyone would have the time to have a look at my chart and tell me whether the chance for love, marriage and children are on the cards for me as I am still rather new to all this symbolism and would love to learn from someone's response in the process!

Brief Background:
I had my first relationship as a teenager (14/15) and since then nothing! Yes there have been guys I have dated but they never went anywhere serious. I now find myself comparing myself to others that are either entering relationships, planning weddings or a family and her I am wishing that it was me
I am longing for that long term relationship but am frustrated as nothing seems to be progressing. And that is causing me to be unsure of my future. Being a Cancer I have been very motherly in the past and that has only attracted the wrong types who wanted to take and give nothing back . Does my birth chart hold the clues to my future that I am looking for?

Looking at my chart my rising sign says a lot to me (Aquarius); although I always thought I had Virgo Rising. This is because of my analytical nature. I have always been the one to think outside the box and see things that others don't. I can also be very critical; especially in regards to my own actions.

Having Taurus as my Moon sign I feel has definitely led me to be rather slow at moving on from outdated relationships. But apart from that I am not sure what else it could mean....

I have also heard that one's 5th House is important in regards to love and children. Is this true and if so what can anyone pick up from my chart in relation to my initial question? I see that mine is in Cancer. Would this then touch upon more of my nurturing qualities?

Your 7th house ruler, which is responsible for bringing you relationships is in the 6th house (weak) and in Cancer (receptive/moon). This is an issue. Furthermore Venus, is in Gemini (indecisive) and is opposed by Saturn (delay, opposition).

This means any relationship you have the bond is not strong. You yourself may not be able to keep interest in a relationship and your emotional fortitude when it comes to relationships is very wavering. Saturn opposing Venus says that you need structure and the where with all to stay with someone. You need to be the one to act, you need to be the glue to hold things together and not be so changeable.

To strengthen relationship potential you could also strengthen the sun in your chart (look up remedies for the sun on google).

Thank you for your reply retinoid although now I am rather worried. It's interesting as the seriousness of relationships is all I think about. So I understand the Saturn part but if that's what a Venus in Gemini does that confuses me as I consider myself to be loyal and yes I have always acted to hold things together... Just unfortunately met the wrong type of guys.. By me strengthening the sun in my chart what would that do as Ive never heard of being able to do that before.

I just looked at the chart I attached again and just noticed I inputted PM instead of AM!!

Obviously looking at both charts now they show major differences and leading me to more confusion. Would you still suggest me to strengthen the Sun in my chart now?

I also see that your Venus in Gemini is az I suspected in the 10th house Gives you much stability and staying power in love!

My Mom's Venus is also in Gemini (forgot which house) and she's totally committed and stays in relationship, is not fickle. No offense meant to anyone here, but while I know well from experience how many Gemini types *are* uncommitted/fickle, I never like to stereotype by sign.

I tend to refrain from answering such things about "love" but in general, I would say everyone finds love in life, it's just most don't know what to do with it.

In your case, Saturn sits in the 4th and loosely conjuncts Uranus. I see that as a major road block as far as creating stability and setting up a family of your own. Saturn is infamous for delaying but I think when Saturn is badly placed he will deny. Saturn dislikes the moon, 4th house, Cancer- I mean he is naturally the enemy of all Moon related matters. Not good for matters of the heart. Saturn is also inconjunct with your Moon- also another hurtle to reconcile. You may appear to have too many walls up and suddenly take them down when people least expects it and create confusion.
Others have said something about Gemini Venus being an issue. I have Gemini Venus and there's millions of those with that position who found love, gotten married, and manage to be faithful. I don't think your Gemini Venus is the problem... Saturn likes Venus no matter what. Saturn likes Gemini a lot too. I think it's something else.

You have Saturn conjunct your IC- on a personal level you're very Saturnian. Unfortunately, very few can get accustomed to living and loving Saturn. I can sympathize with that, I have Capricorn IC.

I noticed you have Jupiter in 8th- don't take this the wrong way or get upset. It's my observation that people who have Jupiter in their 8th, regardless of what sign it's in, tend to get around sexually. That doesn't abode well for finding love and keeping it.

Thank you may28Gemini for your response and no I didn't take any offence to what you said as I'm new to astrology and really want to grasp it. When I researched Saturn in my 4th it reminded me so much of my childhood which is freaky because it's as if I was meant to live my life a certain way. It does worry me at times that I may not open up fully to love again; but as of late I have not wanted to force it and 'look' for love and just see what happens.

Gemini Venus to me I feel means that you could either go from one extreme to the next as Gemini's symbol is the twins or pick an extreme and stick to it. I have been faithful and loyal to anyone I have set my heart on in the past and have only had one boyfriend in my life so far. BUT communication is BIG to me and a lack of it would curb my interest, possibly due to my Virgo rising. It would lead me to over analyse.

You mentioned that Saturn conjuncts my IC. I'm not sure what that means. Could you explain please? Also what did you mean by me being Saturnian?

It's funny about the Jupiter in 8th because I have only slept with two people the last being 2009 and have actually abstained since (No I'm not lying) LOL.. so I don't know what else that could mean for me...

sorry about earlier- my reading is unstable when i don't read charts in the whole house system so i have now gone ahead and shifted your chart.

i relooked at your jupiter 8th... it trines saturn which what causes the self-discipline/control. generally jupiter 8th gets around but if jupiter is controlled by saturn, jupiter will behave lol

your stability and faithfulness is not from gemini venus, it's from the taurus moon in sextile with mars and mercury. you think about the emotional consequences if you do give into your mars (sexual energy) temptations and tend to walk away from it.

MC-IC axis is about public and private personas. the MC is the "highest" point in the person's chart and is most commonly found in the 10th house, although could be in 9th or 11th. the IC is just opposite of that which is the "lowest" point in your chart. MC is the public persona, the personality that you want to show the world, whereas the IC is the persona you show others in your private life; less will see your IC than MC. you have venus conjunct MC which means you want the world to see you as someone sweet, loving, feminine, nurturing. but since venus is in gemini, you also want others to see as someone who's smart and witty. now for the IC part. to be honest, i like saturn and I have something similar to you- Capricorn IC. basically in your personal life, you're practical, responsible, not necessarily overly emotional but you do care for others on a practical level and make sure everything runs the way it's suppose to be. also, saturn IC people tend to like very traditional things in their home and tend to view personal relationships in the traditional sense. this means you do want to have a traditional type of family set up, and a traditional type of husband... but he has to be as smart and witty as a gemini LOL (i'm the same way so i do understand!)

the other thing about your 4th house, uranus is in there and that's evident of someone who had a very unstable and "distant" relationship with their parents; namely their father. did you have to move around a lot? also, were there periods of separation between your parents and separation between you and your parents? your 4th house is traumatic... your fears of setting up your own family plays a very huge role in your existence.

pluto in the 3rd house trine mars, mercury, and sextile neptune. pluto in 3rd people tend to have a really dark and scary sense of humor but since your pluto is in positive aspect to the planets it touches, you use your dark sense of humor to survive and may even use it to heal others. the position shows exposure to some darkness early on in life and you can say some pretty dark evil things that makes everyone cringe. but since pluto is positive with the other planets, you probably would rather not resort to that. communication is very important to you and you like really deep communication. you also like to cut the bs and get to the nitty gritty. you're not afraid of the truth no matter how yuck it is.

i worry about this: mars square jupiter. when that's in a woman's chart, i see it as the woman rejecting men who would otherwise be good towards her, a protector. do you have the tendency of knowing guys who you think would be good towards you but for some reason (possibly lack of physical attraction towards them) turn them away? this could cause some difficulties in finding love.

also, you have 5 planets in retrograde. that's a mark of a person who needs a lot of space and alone time. this could add some troubles.

venus opposition saturn: you tend to choose love unwisely. this bounces back to the mars square jupiter. you reject men who would otherwise be good towards you. you're afraid of being controlled by them if they're good to you. you're afraid of being in "debt" them.

anyway, that's what i immediately saw. hopefully that helped some where you can do your own research and learn more about yourself.

WOW. May28Gemini thank you so much for that it explains a lot I must say.

The traditional set-up of husband, wife and children is very much me so I'm glad I'm being represented well by Saturn lol.

I have a distant relationship with my father. I don't really think I moved around a lot but my parents divorced when I was 8. My fears of setting up my own family is either that I don't feel I'll ever have one or that I will constantly have to watch my actions and what I say around my children (including other people) in case it affects them later in life.

I value truth and yes my humour can be dark lol fortunately not all the time. I'm very sarcastic.

So far my Mars square Jupiter has affected me twice in the example you mentioned and that was because of a lack of physical attraction.. slightly worried here. Does this mean that I will have to settle?

5 planets in retrograde? Hmmm alone time? Well being an only child I'm used to that but I would like to see a partner rather frequently in love. Distance worries me.

Choosing love unwisely does that mean being more likely to get hurt?
