When are we supposed to feel the effects of the solar return?

My birthday was on December. I checked my solar return & it had sun in the 5th house & a Leo ascendant on my natal 7th house. My year so far is really not fun. Sun in the 5th house is supposed to bring out all the fun right? Lately I've just been isolated, my friends have been MIA. They don't wanna go out. Is it because of an intercepted 5th house on the solar return? Or maybe the tight Venus square Saturn aspect?

I do feel the effects of moon in the 3rd house though...I am changing courses this year in college.

The sun is there with the northnode and mercury.

The sun is more connected to the 10th, 4th and 8th.

The 11th and 7th house empty is more for friends.

The solar return is not exactly how you feel that could be more designated by the lunar (passive) qualities of the lunar return per month.

You want to work hard at your 4th, and expand at your 10th.

I have a question: Why is the sun connected to the 10th,4th & 8th house?
It is kind of true some things in the solar return don't come true, I guess transits are more reliable then...

Its connected via easy aspect in to those houses. They would be more preoccupied.

When it comes to your natal chart + SR, pluto is in the 11th house making some trines to other planets.

Ah ok! No I don't have any intense 11th house encounters. But I did a few years ago when Pluto was transiting my 11th house stellium. I have another question: Is my solar return ascendant on my natal 6th house or 7th house? It looks like on the 6th but really close to the descendant. Which one is it?

probably 6th, and the DC is above the ascendant. in the 12th :P
