12th House Stellium (Aries intercepted)
I have a 12th house Stellium (I think!) in Aries (intercepted!)
This includes my Sun (27'), Mercury (9'), Jupiter (11'), and North Node (11') all in Aries.
Is the North Node considered in a Stellium?
Also, Is the Sun included in the Stellium since it is out of conjunction with the rest of the planets? (ie. it's only in the same sign, not within orb)
If this truly is a Stellium, what do you think it means regarding it's placement in the 12th house? What about the fact that it is intercepted?
In addition, My Venus in Pisces (25') is in the 12th house (Pisces is the sign on my 12th house cusp) Does this add to the influence?
What do you think about my 12th house influence?
Thank you!

It is not stellium.

Re: 12th House Stellium (Aries intercepted)
Hmm, this is tough to say. Technically, a stellium consists of three or more planets conjunct--usually within the same sign and/or house. Your Mercury, Jupiter, and North Node are within the orb of a conjunction, but the Sun is not. Yet, technically, the North Node is not a planet.
Nevertheless, it seems safe to state that you have an emphasis upon Aries in your natal chart.
I may have an Aries stellium intercepted in the first house, depending upon the exact degree of my Ascendant. I imagine interception is frustrating enough for a stellium in such an energetic sign, but I cannot imagine having my Aries planets tucked in the twelfth house. How would you describe its influence? Do you feel comfortable expressing your Aries energy? What sign is on your Ascendant?

My Ascendent is Taurus. Having my Sun, Mercury, North Node & Jupiter intercepted in Aries in the 12th is... well, hard to explain! (naturally! ) The 12th house, in my observation, is spiritual... I supposed my Sun in the 12th is due to the fact that my dad is highly spiritual, and for many reasons lets me use my own instinct & intuition to make decisions in my life (doesn't ever tell me what to do or intervene too much; kind of private- maybe the 12th house influence of father) I have been thinking about how to describe my 12th Aries interception to you, and it is so hard! But I think I have figured it out (a bit)- I am definitely a classic Aries, if you really know me... but I mean, close family and friends only! Not even all of my "friends" really know me, in my opinion! I would say my mom, dad, & sisters are pretty much the best judges of my Arian character beyond a few very close friends. However, with my Sagittarius Moon/Uranus/Saturn stellium, I definitely come across as some sort of a confident extravert or social type of person, or at least people can pick up on the fire in me... (if they can't pin the Aries down). However, I am quite competitive, bold & individualistic/fearless and other classic Arian traits. With my Mercury in the 12th, I do tend to keep my thoughts private, or, I don't share (publicly) a lot of my true personality. It's as though I have a "refined" or "filtered" public persona, and then my true personality- I am a bit shy about people's judgments of me. This all sounds weird, I know... I'm not even really sure if any of this is really IT, (maybe I can think of better descriptions!) But.. I also feel psychic, deeply spiritual, and passive a lot (but that is probably due to my Venus in Pisces as well). So yes, having Aries intercepted in the 12th is hard because I also don't initiate action very well. I procrastinate terribly (also Libra South Node) and sometimes don't take the necessary action to stand up for my rights or what not properly. Does any of this sound right to you? There is definitely more to this aspect, and I will keep thinking about it and see if I can define this a little better for you... OH, but also, as of recent, I get deep visual imagery (kind of like the psychic thing) about possible future ideas. My imagination is highly active! I am very much inventive, artistic, and self-involved in a private way (all to myself, my true feelings are hard to share with anyone- I feel kind of like a loner too, in a true sense). Let me know what you think of all of this. I wonder if I am making much sense!
p.s. also, with the interception thing, Aries either stays trapped inside, or comes out full-scale, overboard. So, people sometimes find me "insanely" competitive, bold, independent, self-occupied, aggressive... but other times, I am the MOST passive Venus in Pisces, Aries intercepted helpless, dreamy, indecisive, sensitive "baby" you ever met... (also the baby of the family)
I would say I am either extremely decisive and my gut tells me exactly what to do and I understand everything perfectly & am quite bold, direct, confident, forthright, etc., or else I get off-scale and become passive, weak, helpless, sensitive, confused, and have a terrible time making a decision. However I am always artistic & spiritual, and have a secret inner private life that no one could know other than myself. (deep private feelings) I feel that people don't ever know the full package... there's a lot to me. (even though they think they know! they don't!) I am also quite self-aware and see myself through some sort of lense with everything I do, as though I am watching myself. (when I'm indecisive) like right now... lol. Sometimes I really just can't get it "right" and I refrain from trying to explain until I can gain some more clarity...

Re: 12th House Stellium (Aries intercepted)
If one accept the concept of karma*, the planets in your 12th show a great deal (more than if the house were vacant)of karmic influence upon your present life. Vedic astrologers (the great majority of them, anyway) teach that whatever is in the 12th indicates highlights of the previous incarnation (again, if one accepts the concept of reincarnation*) Very interesting, your 12th house!
(* I do)

Very true. I didn't know this about the 12th house, but that makes A LOT of sense. Thank you for the links

Thank you very much. I do also believe in Karma, and I very much wonder what my 12th house influence means. I have so much in there, I wonder what my past lives were, and what I am supposed to be doing in this life as well... Thank you for your info.

Re: 12th House Stellium (Aries intercepted)
Hey i enjoyed reading your Post
Sun, Mars, Mercury here, in the 12th house. Venus/ascendant taurus, moon in leo
I really enjoyed reading your post. Most people don't pick up on my aries energy either.I think because its all in the 12th house, and i'm very introverted with that energy. Its usually stuffed away. My moon in leo can be pretty dominant, and i can be a bit of a drama queen sometimes with my life and security. My taurusness is big at work and my sort of community social life.
How do you find your 12th house energy in aries? I've been reading 'Your Secret Self' by Tracy Marks, and its pretty enlightening about projecting energies onto others, and keeping things inside, and making sure you stay intune with these energies and dont dissasociate your public self from the internal.
Goodnight!

Re: 12th House Stellium (Aries intercepted)
Very interesting... I too have ascendant Taurus!
I definitely think I am more introverted than one would think considering how much Aries I have in me. However, once you get to know me you realize I am a very forceful Aries! I come across as more down to earth and kind/easy-going because of my Taurus rising.
I think the 12th house influence on my Sun, Mercury & Jupiter combined with my Venus in Pisces makes me quite sensitive & dreamy! I can be very idealistic, but I am quite forgiving & compassionate...
I would love to learn more about my placements, please pass along any suggestions of books or info. where I could learn more. Thank you for your input! I am always eager to discuss astrology & I'm never done learning...
Take care!

Re: 12th House Stellium (Aries intercepted)
Hey there. I've been reading about 12th house, and its ability to tap into emotional and spiritual feelings. My chart is predominantly fire signs with some earth.. but i think having the 12th house energies allows me to tap into emotions, but sort of in a very fiery way. i don't let people push me around past a certain point.
I was wondering with your moon in pisces, if this might also help you tap into your 12th house energies.. since pisces rules the 12th house.
